Buzz Box Liners & Truck Accessories

I needed last minute replacement parts on my work truck’s canopy. They had the parts I needed, and offered to replace them for me on the spot! Great customer service and appreciate the speedy delivery!

The mechanics who actually do the work are not professional at all! I brought my brand new 22 Ram 1500 here to get a level kit installed, and it took 2 guys 4 full hours with my truck on the hoist. The plastic seat cover over my new leather seat didn't last long I noticed and they left dirt all over my seat. It took 2 full hours to do an alignment just to return after the 'test drive' just to have to correct the alignment and brought my new truck back filthy after the test drives. Also, grease on my steering wheel and door handle that I had to clean off. The fuel economy when up too like the guy had it in a race for the 3min test drive too. I'm going to pull my tires off and take a look at their work too because I saw them do a lot of hammering for a few hours just to install the lift kit. Very unprofessional. I will choose any other truck outfit before I go back to this one.

Awesome group of people got a custom box liner installed that was cut down, for a topper. They even booed off the bulkhead so nothing will fall in between the box and liner. Price was reasonable installed in about 2-3 hours. Lounge is acceptable to wait for service. Ordered some seat covers and new headlights. Will return for the next work truck or personal vehicle.

Took my truck in for a tonneau cover, got truck back, smelled liked somone had bad body odor inside my truck, heater controls were played with and vent controls were played with as well. Truck was brand new and had the new vehicle smell when I took it there. Didn't have the same smell afterwards.

Went recently to get a leveling kit, new tires and a light bar. The young lady who served me was smirking at me the whole time because I didn't know exactly what I wanted and was looking for suggestions after we come to an agreement on what I want she tells me that she would call in a few days after she ordered the parts to schedule me in. We'll that was over 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard back. Tried calling twice and no return call. I Would highly recommend Cap-it for your truck accessories. Service is amazing and they looked after me on the spot!

Took my truck to Buzz to get my tires balanced. Went to two well known tire shops first. Both times came back with vibrations. Buzz got me in quick and made my tires perfect. Would highly recommend them for all your wheel and tire needs. Will recommend them to everyone.

First time dealing with them today and was blown away by their service and staff. Highly recommend them and will be getting all my stuff from them for now on. Even though they are located in Edmonton and I am in Calgary.

Excellent customer service, competitive pricing and delivery of promise for appointment/completion time. Chris showed me how my cover worked and helped me out with some solutions for a non related question I had with my truck.

I am a pilot car driver, and I needed my sign worked on. All new wiring, new lights and installed to my truck, along with installation of my slip tank and a new pump. They put all my lights and pump to a switch box in the cab, and the install was clean and professional. Everything looks amazing on my truck, can't see a wire out of place. Everything worked flawlessly, even in minus 42 degrees celcius. The customer service, even with my long and crazy questions, was effortlessly positive and thorough. Over the course of my work order, they kept me updated on where everything was work wise.
