My experience with C-Era Property Management has been great. They are responsive and knowledgeable! Shout out to Melike from the accounting, for always clearly answering my financial questions!

These guys DO NOT pick up their phones or answer emails. Problems since they took over managing our buildings about 4 months ago. I think most people work from home and sit behind their computers because nobody knows how to use a phone! And they don’t respond to emails. I sent/left no less than 8 emails or voicemails in the last 24 hours and absolutely no response. It’s insane. I see by other reviews that this is a common theme again and again. Would leave less than 1 star if I was able to.

Nilda at C-Era property management has been diligent to ensure all issues are managed professionally. She manages Glenbrook Meadows and has handled situations quickly and effectively. I appreciate all of her hard work and dedication to the property.

I would like to give 0 start, but unfortunately it is not possible. I had some issues and when I contacted the property management, it seems she does not care and just said I could not do anything. As a customer, I just would like to have a solution for my issue.

They charge exorbitant condo management fee only to have outdated visitor parking signage, no vehicle registration unit on site and seem to like lining the pockets of parking authorities, to whom they’ve contracted condo parking enforcement. Employees have condescending attitude when asked to help dispute tickets that were issued purely because of lack of amenities, clear instructions on site.

Please do not park at any of their run condo units, they will try to help parking authorities impose fines to residents. All they care about is money. Zero integrity. Greedy company that wants to recoup parking enforcement costs from the same residents they make their bread and butter off of. Stay away.

Fantastic management company. I dealt with Nilda for a long period of time and she is always prompt with her responses. She was extremely helpful in helping with documentation I needed, or if I had questions. Thank you for all your help!

C-Era Property Management is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

We own our townhome now, but we rented the same home previously so we have lived there for 7 years.

We have had MAJOR external damage that occurred to our townhome TWO YEARS AGO that has not been dealt with. Worse than that, I haven’t even received an email from anyone even acknowledging the problem in over two months.

I have emailed my Associa contact several times, I have submitted requests on TownSq and I finally got so desperate a couple weeks ago that I even emailed the president. I. Heard. Nothing.

At this point we are very worried about the state of our home as the winter months approach and not being able to trust the company that we pay fees into every month is stressful and disheartening.

I will be doing just about anything to make our home a priority for this “management” company.

DO NOT purchase or rent a residence managed by this management company.

Shauna Sanheim is amazing to work with she is highly experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cares to do a great job for her Boards. She is well liked by her clients. I have worked with Associa/C-Era for a few years and I highly recommend both Shauna and Associa!

I live in a community where they’ve had a number of management companies, C-Era being the newest. I didn’t pay my last years due as I was out of the country for a while. All I had to do was call and explain my situation and Shauna at C-Era took care of it. The communication was prompt and clear. She explained the reason why I got the letter, where the money we paid went, understood that I had a genuine reason and waived any extra fees off. I haven’t seen many people who go above and beyond their job descriptions and perform such acts of kindness.

It’s an absolute disgrace, recently received a letter from Bridgeland law for last year Sage Hill Homeowner Association fees. We never even received the initial bill to pay for the 2021-2022 fees and it seems from the previous review and from our neighbours we are not the only one. Instead of sending a reminder these crooks resorted to taking legal action and we have now been forced to pay a huge legal bill. What a shameful practice!

C-Era Property Management (Nilda) is very professional and knowledgeable in the business. We loved working with them and would definitely recommend them.

A complete change of action and accountability now that this condominium is with Da'Linda / Associa. Great connections for trades and desire for great services is appreciated by our condo board. Keep up the great work!

As a contractor I personally work closely with Iona Aranha a Community Manager at C-Era. Iona always looks out for her Board's best interest and works very hard behind the scenes to get her clients the best services. She is very professional and brilliant at what she does. I recommend the company and Iona!

C-Era’s has delivered excellent services for our condominiums as the property management company. Our community manager, Da’Linda, Ramcharan, has been responsive to our needs and is proactive with issues as they arise. As a condo board member I am grateful for the consistency provided by C-Era and our community manager. Their online service app is intuitive and especially helpful in fielding service requests and providing condo doc.

Very pleased with the service from C-Era Property Management and in particular Iona Aranha - our community manager. She's always been responsive via email and issues do get fixed. It's important to have a property manager who will work with you to protect your asset and Iona certainly does that. I know how bogged down property management can get with workload and issues so your hard work is appreciated. Keep up the good work and kudos to you and your team!

Iona has been an absolute pleasure to work with for the last few years! Coming from a vendor, we deal with and are in constant communication with property managers in Calgary and she stands out with her willingness to work for the unit owner, clear communication and timely responses to questions. Iona has been our property manager for over 108 units townhomes. She has been proactive in addressing residents concerns and does her best to resolve any outstanding issue. C-Era has a hardworking Iona that they should should appreciate to have.

Da'Linda Ramcharan is our building manager and has provided absolutely fantastic service. As someone who was on the board at the time of her managing the building, I got to see first hand how she not only performed her basic duties well, but went far above and beyond in being available during emergencies, doing hard core research to ensure best pricing of contractors, providing/connecting us with expert advice on areas of management outside of duties, etc. Highly recommend Associa - and in particular Da'Linda Ramcharan as our experience with her was excellent.

My mom’s condo’s downspout on the roof not working well and it always draining the water in winter when snow was melting. This causes the entrance to our door very slippery. My mom is a senior and living by herself so it is very dangerous for her especially in Winter. The previous condo management company promised it will be fixed but we waited over a year and it is still not fixed. When I know we change to a new condo management company C-Era Property Management, I emailed the issue to C-Era Property Management and CC our property manager Tom Young. Tom replied to my email right away and asked for more information and he scheduled a contractor to come to fix it within two days. I am so impressed by C-Era Property Management’s efficiency and they really care about the residents and provide excellent customer service!

Best Property Management company in town. Mr. Ed Garcia went far and beyond, my mom owns a condo and she doesn’t really speak English, she feels very comfortable talking to Ed in Spanish to figure out what actually her condo fees cover.
