I have been a licensed realtor for 18 years. Over my early stages of my career I tried many different inspection companies. I started using Cabin to Castle about 8 years ago and have not waivered since. There are many good inspectors in the city but where Cabin to Castle is different is that they educate clients instead of scaring them. Buying home is a very stressful process, especially for first time buyers and the guys at Cabin to Castle have an amazing ability to explain things in a way that educates buyers without scaring them. I call it bedside manner, they are always calm and never seem overwhelmed no matter the situation. For me, there is not a price you can put on this. Would highly recommend Cabin to Castle for all your home inspection needs. They are also priced fair and have online booking options which make the process very easy. Their reports are detailed and easy to understand.

The inspectors Lucas & Heather explained every thing in a way they understood. They were very professional and thorough. I have used Cabin to Castle for years and have been very satisfied.

They caught most of the minor issues but they missed 3 major issues that I wish they had caught I wasn't in town at the time of the inspection so I was unable to attend the inspection the issues missed were tankless water heater is damaged badly on the bottom looks like it was dropped. Issue 2 was the bathtub had a large Crack in it that was plastered over to hide it but first bath in my new home it leaked alot into my pantry and cost over 5000 to fix third issues gas fire place pilot doesn't stay lit had some one come look at it and will need new parts for it before I'll be able to use it as well as a couple minor wiring issues in the basement one also one burner on the oven doesnt work all problems should have been caught in my opinion its fine to miss the minor stuff but the big problems i dont see how they missed them moral of the story don't expect them to do a thorough inspection unless your there to make sure they do and at that point you may as well inspect the home yourself I had tried contacting them about them and they tried saying it happened after the inspection and stopped responding but it's obvious it has been like that for quite some time
