Great experience ordering replacement doors for our cabinets. Charm Lopez was extremely helpful and detailed throughout the whole process. Each door was manufactured perfectly and wrapped in packaging that provided proper protection. Cost was less than we anticipated/budgeted plus the doors were delivered within the timeframe quoted.

Went into the showroom a to have a look around. The sales lady took my information so that I could get a quote/estimate. It's been three weeks and I have not heard back from her. Obviously they must be doing really well and don't need my business.
I will go somewhere else. I would give them 0 stars - but that is not an option.

Emily Hoff was good to work with. I gave her a few pics and measurements and she designed it all for me. When the cabinets arrived, Cabinet Solutions was willing to hold them until I was ready for delivery - they make it easy to business with. Everyone was very helpful.

We re-modelled our two small bathrooms in June 2021 and required good value quality vanities and hanging cabinets to maximize space in those bathrooms. Cabinet Solutions provided everything that we needed in a timely manner. When we renovate our kitchen cabinets in the near future, we will certainly be going back to Cabinet Solutions.

I buy all my cabinets from Cabinet Solutions because the price is right, the quality is fantastic and the staff is very knowledgeable and very professional (Stephanie Foran.) I purchased the cabinets online and designed them with Teri, their cabinet Designer. She was excellent to work with and asked for specific measurements and guided me through the process. There was a minor error with the order but it was quickly addressed in a way that did not impact the overall project, and I think that is what differentiates Cabinet Solutions from other suppliers. In the end, I had extra material and I appreciated their willingness to take it back, recycle and reuse.
Overall, this is an excellent company that is highly recommended. They design quickly, provide quality cabinets, and deliver quickly as well once the design has been finalized. Well done to the whole team!

We needed a custom size vanity for our bathroom renovation. One of my friends recommend we use Cabinet solutions and we are very happy with the result.

Our white vanity cabinet is beautiful and perfect fit for our space, plus the cost is right in out budget. Extremely happy, would highly recommend them if you need cabinets for your bathroom.

Good advice from the customer rep and then the installer was very knowledgeable regarding installation.
I would certainly use Cabinet Solutions if I were to install another set of cabinets.

Very disappointed with cabinet solutions after being recommended by several people. I went to the showroom prepared with measurements and details of what I wanted. Stephanie took all of that info down along with contact info.

Now 4 weeks later we have heard nothing back. I have attempted several times to call the show room looking for info.left multiple voicemails with Stephanie and other lines at the company. Complete silence not even a call back. I would not recommend using this company, how can you work with them if no one answers their phone or returns voicemails.

On March 25,2022 visited Cabinet Solutions show room in Calgary, Alberta to inquire about a kitchen pantry cabinet. Was politely received by the receptionist and was put in contact with a designer right away. She reviewed the requirement and show a few examples to meet the requirements. She gave us an OUTRAGEOUS quote for the cabinet! On March 27,2022 sent an email to the designer advising of a design I was interested in with a model number. Telephoned the designer on the morning of March 28,2022 mentioning the email that was sent and asking her to return my telephone call to discuss. On March 29,2022 in the late afternoon the email was ‘read’. And as of the date of writing the review I have not received a response from the designer! Very POOR customer service.

Love our new kitchen. Stephanie was very helpful in the design and was patient with the changes we made. We are so pleased with the end results and the quality of the cabinets. Would use them again

I've had the pleasure of working with Kaitlin on two kitchen cabinet projects, one using both custom and pre-made cabinets and the other being completely custom. Kaitlin provided great options for both projects keeping our cost and preferences in mind. I was on a tight timeline for one of the projects and Kaitlin kept me informed of the delivery dates and any changes to the schedule. Very happy with the quality of the cabinets as well as the service received.

I have been a customer of cabinet solutions for over 25 years, they sell good quality cabinets, are easy to install and the prices are good. Teri and Kaitlin have always been very helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kaitlin during the design process. She was awesome to deal with.it was a great experience. When we ran into problems Cabinet Solutions was fantastic and willing to replace what wasn’t right. I was so impressed and their Manager, Steven, listened and understood my point of view.

I thought their cabinets were good quality and reasonably priced. Cabinet Solution’s process works well as you can come in with your own design and then have someone look at it and suggest modifications. There were a few iterations and that was good. Also, I didn't want to be sold anything but rather Teri educated me on what the options were and
then allowed me to make a good decision. I was happy with that.

I would definitely recommend Cabinet Solutions because of my positive purchase experience. The product is good quality, and at a fair price. I am a repeat customer because I have found that if I have questions, issues or concerns, the staff at Cabinet Solutions have always done an excellent job to make it right.

I recently helped a friend renovate a section of his kitchen, they just purchased the older home and wanted to modify a section into a bar, i was able to match the cabinets perfectly with the help from the staff who researched the original cabinets and used the info to match the new cabinets perfectly, right down to the crown and valance. The cabinets took a bit of time to coming in, as they come from Winnipeg i believe, but the wait was worth getting a good colour match. I was also able to get glass for some of the other cabinets replaced to a different style through Cabinet Solutions. The cabinets arrived in good condition and went in great. The length of time to get the cabinets was a bit of a drag, (everybody wants stuff asap these days) but we planned around the delivery date and everything went smoothly. I have used them for a few projects now and will continue to. Great working with them.

It was a good experience. We have looked around town and not seen that level of quality at such a reasonable price. I tell my friends to save time and just go direct to Cabinet Solutions

Wasted my time. I went to the store a month ago today and was told that the cabinets are ready to go. They were quick to design and give me a quote. I said we wanted to buy the cabinets and the staff said we had to go to the store to pay. I left work early and went all the way to the store on dec 22nd. This staff said that they didn’t have the sides of the cabinets but he would call us in the new year Jan 2nd and we would be able to pay over the phone. Nobody called. Jan 3 I called and he said he would call me later that day. It has been a week. Don’t trust them.
