Building manager Susan Parker double booked the appointment. Made me to wait another 30mins for no reason. Did not even appologize. She acted like its nothing. Wasted my 2hrs to drive there and back. This is a joke.

Nope, just don't. Faceless, scamming corporation with ridiculous parking lot rules and penny pinching inconviences for residences. Unfortunate that so many people might leave a good review before experiencing city vibe's unique move out procedures.

Wanted to rent here, but they never responded to our multiple emails requesting more info about the available units.which shows they dont care about tenant or getting new tenants. Also after reading the reviews, glad we didnt rent here.

I stayed in their unti for a year. To begin with, I was shown a different unit but they rented it to someone else even after getting a deposit. The unit I moved in was not very clean. Carpet was disgusting. So I called them about it. They sent someone who could only clean the kitchen but nothing else. The elevators were out of service for most of my stay there. So much to review but I would go to move out. I hired professional cleaners, got that filthy carpet cleaned but they said its not cleaned. Our car got stolen a week before our move out and the keys were also taken. I went to the office to get the lock changed, dealt with their leasing agent Salwa, who changed the door lock and gave me a different set of keys but did not give the keyfob saying she did not have it at that time. I did not bother to ask her again as we were moving out but now they are charging me for the replacement keys and the keyfob that I never received.on the same time, I asked Salwa for the paint code so that I could fill the holes and repaint the walls. I was told just to fill the holes and don’t worry about the paint. I even emailed them for the paint code but there was no reply. Guess what they charged $300 for the painting of the unit. They have a cleaning contractor (i contacted him too but he was way too expensive to clean a small space). If you dont get cleaning done by him, they dont consider it cleaning. Anyway they sent me an invoice and I owe them about $400 (they have my $499 as damage deposit) and they have threatened me that they will send this invoice to collections whole I am trying to get hold of someone at their office to clarify things and nobody os responding to my emails. They are a bunch of CHEATERS and LIARS.

Highly don’t recommend. Everything was okay until I moved out. They are not about customer service by any means and all about making money.
Don’t waste your time cleaning the apartment for the check out, the management is going to charge you full cleaning anyways and deduct it from deposit.

The Cachet has by far the best, most attentive, responsive and helpful property manager I have ever come across in my 14 years of being a renter. Trina goes above and beyond and I cannot stress my gratitude enough for all she’s done to make my living experience as great as it could/should be.thank you!

Very clean and comfy! Great location, close to everything on the Southside (restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, bike paths, etc.) however some of staff were not friendly at all. They bribed me once to leave a good review in exchange for a parking spot, so don't believe any five star reviews you see on here. These people are most likely not writing honest reviews. My review would be different if the staff treated the tenants better. Sorry: (

Though they were organized and timely, we did not feel that they were very fair. They were always trying to get more money out of us and the final evaluation when we moved out was completely unfair. If you want to give your money away, then this is the place for you. But if you care about having a renter that is fair and actually cares, then they are not a good fit. We will never use them again.

I moved here two months ago. Before signing the lease management was very attentive and responsive (good for business) but since I moved in, it has not been the case. I have an apartment facing the parking lot on the 2nd floor and since I got here there is a LOUD continuous beeping coming from the parking lot. I can’t sleep, can’t keep the windows open and even my guests complain about it. It’s driving my cat crazy too. I already tried to contact management about this but this is crazy and also seems to be in violation of lease terms? The apartments were impressive at first, they were clean, modern and affordable but what is the point if you can’t even sleep properly.

Sourabh made our experience at cachet top notch. He is very professional and friendly. Even our move out experience was excellent. Good communication too. Even 1 month after moving out, he helped us get our left over mails.

I see people post comments that they need to be treated like children living here. That is correct, Trina and Michelle have to be like babysitters to children who don’t listen. You move in your told the rules, and day two you think it is ok not to follow them.
Trina and Michelle run this place alone and do a fantastic job. It cannot be easy dealing with this many people! Hats off to the team!

We booked a viewing for noon, called at noon with no answer to the phone saying we were a little lost, finally found the 2 buildings in the back and showed up at 12: 06. Went to the door with no one in the office and no one picking up the phone again. We went and ate and called back at 1: 30 she picked up the phone and said the left office to eat at 12: 15 witch was a lie cause I was there at 12: 06 there was missed orders from UPS all over the door so I can tell they miss a lot of things.

I don't really want to give a single star. As a renter paying as much as they charge at this building, you would expect to have some professionalism and care from landlords. Vandalism, pitiful parking area that is used for snow piles in the winter, gym that is never maintained (shared between two buildings too), garbage area that is never taken care of, rude letters posted in the building from the landlord. I am a quiet and respectful tenant and glad that my neighbors were too. I had electrical issues in my unit the entire year i was there, all the lights actually shut off one day, and their Electrician couldn't figure out why, so the landlord brought in someone to look at the appliances but the tech said that wouldn't be the issue and it wasn't. The electrical issue was not resolved, and the light bulbs burnt out so quickly all the time. When I did my walk out, they said they were going to charge me for the light bulbs even though I stated my concerns about the electrical issues during my tenancy. Trina's response was, "there was no electrical issues in the suite".
So that's $40 for 4 light bulbs.and this is even after she had to change my walk out date because she realized the day before that she wasn't going to be at the south side location.
I would not recommend living in any properties that these ladies manage in Edmonton or St. Albert!
P. S.there have been several leaks in the building causing the fire alarms to go off. Save your self the HASSLE.

Cheaply built, no security, took $150 from my damage deposit because a small piece of trim was damaged. There's better, more inexpensive places out there.

I moved to Canada and more specifically Edmonton from Colombia and my experience with City Vibe has been phenomenal, they were incredibly patient answering all of my questions, no matter how simple or complex, thanks to them I was able to land in this country with my apartment ready to go. Imagine living 7000 Kms away and still be able to get a place to live interacting mostly over e-mails and phone call. I'm very lucky to have found kind people like Michelle and Trina that really go all the way to make sure you end up in an amazing place and as a very satisfied customer.

Trying to find a rental from out of province can be so difficult and stressful! We are making the big move from New Brunswick to Alberta and thanks to City Vibe this challenge to find accommodations has become a whole lot better! Michelle especially was so quick to help me out with my specific requirements and patient to answer my million and one questions! Looking forward to my beautiful new apartment- thanks City Vibe!

The management displeases me they insulted myself and one of my wives. They show no honor or respect. Also I looked at the other reviews it appears I'm not alone.you can see fake reviews from clearly employees of the company.

Very clean & comfortable! Great location, close to everything on the Southside (restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, bike paths, etc.) A great place to call "home". The staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded. I love the convenience of the elevator and underground parking.a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails. Great place to live.

Fantastic and quiet area to live. The condos are top notch and well maintained. Trina and Michelle are fabulous landlords, you cant find women like these ladies! They are very friendly and have your best interest as a priority. Their services make an all inclusive in mexico look weak! Solid place to live and wonderful landlords.

Note: I do not work for Cachet so in regards to those calling out fake reviews. You have a bad attitude! Attacking others with negativity before reality checking your own life and publicly posting your personal problems. Shame on you!

Great rooms available for any person's need. Very close to necessary shopping amenities. Has a gym that is well maintained. Quick responses from Trina made move in and move out very easy. Area is only growing, so it only gets better with time.

The place is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The building is poorly made. We can hear our side neighbors, downstairs neighbors and upstairs neighbors like they are in the room with us. The ceiling has already caved in from melting snow and the building is just over a year old. There is vandalism in the form of damage and carvings on the wall swearing at management. Unprofessional print outs threatening tenants posted on the wall by the building manager. The rental office and mailboxes have both been broken into. No security cameras and guards at all. Garbage literally everywhere. Spit, piss, garbage, greasy handprints in the elevators. Smoke butts all over the parkade even though this is supposedly a smoke free building. Every time we have tried to talk to management we get nothing but lies and attitude. Not enough parking for all the residents and barely any visitor parking. Our place is so small and not worth the 1500 they ask for every month. They also lied about incentives when we first moved in. Trina and Michelle are absolutely no help and Im pretty sure all the positive reviews are fake because there is no way any of that is true.
