I was urgently looking for cleaners at the end of the year and was so happy when I came upon Cactus Cleaning. They were able to come on December 30th and I really enjoyed the experience, girls were efficient, precise and very professional the whole time. Oksana and two other girls were very friendly and cleaned every room of my apartment very quickly yet thoroughly! Also another thanks to James from the office as he was very patient with me and answered all of the questions regarding the process, different options and rates of cleaning services that Cactus offers. Very happy with my experience and glad we used their services!

Hired them to take care of my mom's house after moving. They gave a reasonable price and sent the best cleaner - Angela. I would recommend her. Btw they give a discount for a cleaning service if you move with them! I didn't even know that and a lead head gave that promotion list with a discount. Appreciate the job you have done. Everything was quick and extremely clean thank you!

So disappointed, as long as you don't have to deal with customer service with issues, it is a good service but life is stressful enough to have to handle this too.
I had a very good experience, over 5 months, move out and move in cleaning. Completely dependent on their services and was a big advocate and always referred ppl to Cactus for moving and cleaning and chose this business as my regular cleaning business until a small issue happened with customer service over an appointment date, during the holiday season, that I thought was not fair and the company should claim some responsibility on not following through with my request. But they chose to blame me and even further refusing to give me any future service if they waive the cancellation fees. I chose to terminate find a more empathetic business because this is how businesses should be.

From the first phone call with James untill completion of the cleaning, I had pleasure dealing with everyone of them.

I needed a move in cleaning so badly. I booked last minute and the company were soo accommodating. My main concern was the kitchen of my new place, the previous tenants left the oven an absolute disaster. The girls that arrived were incredible, they removed grease and spots that I never would’ve imagined were possible. The team is truly gifted. We recently moved from out of country and hired Cactus Cleaning to do the move-in cleaning in our new house. We are so happy with the service provided! Everything shines, the appliances, the windows, the walls. Looks like a completely new house, even though it was built in the 80s. Oh, and Cactus Cleaning did a great job with the carpets after the previous owners’ dog. Absolutely recommend this company!
