The waiter and waitress spoke to us in Cantonese right away expecting us to understand them. The waiter was rude when we asked about the food and recommendations. Tasted some sand in my fried rice.

The chicken and ramen are petty good and tasty. But the eel with rice is not the favorite.
Suggest to order those that use to appear in Asian restaurants.

2023-12-08 It’s been a long time since I’ve been here. Hainanese chicken rice is not bad.

I order the noodle with 3 choice of items. The noodle is terrible and the food tast bad. I asked for repalcment since I can't eat it. The manager EVA refused to replace it and told me never come this restaruant. I am shocked that the manager in charge so rude!

This review is mainly to complain about the manager who provided poor service and attitude, has a problem managing the restaurant. We waited for our food to come for 20min (we were the only table in the restaurant) and very politely ask for a follow up, however, she responded to me immediately with an attitude saying that they need time to prepare, then walked away. I was very upset as if I'm wrong to even ask. My hot pot finally came (yes, just a hot pot with all raw ingredients), but our noodle soup was not here yet. 10min later we asked again, I said it's been 30min now and see if she can follow up. She again said with an attitude that you have to wait because we got 10 takeout orders before you. Things started making sense from this moment, about why my orders are so delayed, but she wouldn't know how to explain kindly to her customer only to give an attitude as if her customer caused the problem?

I wouldn't complain if her attitude is done right and kindly update or inform me that I had to wait when I ordered. Plus I didn't cause the whole delay issue in your kitchen but she treated me like I did.if you run into a problem in your kitchen, then you need to find the solution as the manager, not vent it out on your customers. Thankfully, the one gentleman there was very friendly. I didn't tip for the first time in life because our family was super upset the entire dinner, and I knew they share tips, I don't want a single penny goes into her pocket. I verbally praised the guy who shed light to our dinner tonight.

Terrible food and service.
The food looks the same but tastes terrible and old. Service is just terrible. Nothing else needs to be said about that.
They charged me for a take out cup without telling me and when I questioned it, they pointed to the sign. I said who looks for for a sign when asking for a take out cup? For the first time ever I decided not to tip. And not with in 2 mins the manager came up to with an attitude and asked why I didn’t tip and told her.

Since everything was terrible, why would I tip?

Best HK style cafe I’ve tried in Calgary. Very reminiscent of the good places in Vancouver with consistent service, menu items, and price to portion size. Food came fast and hot. The pepper baked pork chop rice was and tasty indulgence. The layout and design of the restaurant is nice and clean with plenty of seating.

Almost every time I order for self-pickup, I get some soup and water on it when I get it home. Can I use it as a snack for takeout?

Just like the other Taste of Asia restaurants, Cafe 100% has quality food and meets expectations. I love coming here to catch up with groups of friends or just 1 on 1. Lots of tables so I rarely have to wait to be seated. I love getting their baked rice! They have a lot of options during their Tea Time (2 to 5PM). They have all your favourite Chinese comfort foods. In the photo is the beef ho fan, a classic and do it well.

Consistently great quality food, good variety of dishes. Prices have increased in the last year, while dish portions have decreased.

Awesome food! Really yummy Italian/Asian fusion options on the menu. I had a seafood fettuccini that was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be going back to try more offerings.

Having dined here several times now during both their lunch and afternoon tea times, I'd say their food is ok.

I typically get one of the baked spaghetti dishes, which are pretty good. They don't cheap out on the cheese and sauce, like I've experienced at other places. I'm not particularly fond of their milk tea though, which lacks the right combination of flavours.

Most of their lunch items come with a choice of two soups or a drink, while their afternoon tea sets come standard with a drink.

Service can be lacking at times, where you have to either self serve or really try to flag down someone.

Food is good as always. Typical non-existent service from Asian restaurants. Had to waive down for multiple things. Even when paying, they were trying to do something other than let me pay. Waited a good 5 mins at the till. Want decent service don't come.

The food is good, but the service level really makes me unhappy every time I finish eating. Weekday There are not enough manpower. If you really want to give zero stars, the service is almost zero but you ask for a tip. The food is terrible, the Hong Kong-style milk tea I ordered is very sweet, the waiter's attitude is very bad and arrogant, and the price of the food is unreasonable. 3.5 stars. Tasty and very satisfying portions. I enjoy their daily specials which sometimes includes a beverage+ salad or soup. Flavours are typically consistent. Service is hit or miss. Women’s washroom sink’s water was ice cold…

I visited this restaurant recently and had an unfortunate experience with the service. The staff was not welcoming and our waitress was very rude to us. This was a contrast to my expectations, as I have dined in many restaurants in the city and have never felt so unwelcome. The restaurant was not busy, and I felt like I was a burden to the staff. I believe that the management should consider providing additional training to their servers or hiring staff who possess better customer service skills to ensure that customers are treated with respect and kindness. I regret that this experience has led me to decide not to return to restaurant in the future.
