I brought my car in to get the damaged glass sunroof replaced, and they not only did the repair, they fixed two rock chips on my windscreen. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. It was a genuine pleasure to deal with them. If I ever need more glass-related work done on my vehicle, I’m taking it here!

I visited this place last week for rear windshield replacement and I was informed that they will install a OE windshield and will also clear the broken glass, however, the windshield installed had a very dark tint which now doesn't match with the rest of the car and they also haven't clear the broken glass properly and I had to pick the broken pieces by hand. Overall I am not happy with their services, will not recommend.

Update- the manager called and after understanding my situation decided to refund me some amount but asked me visit the shop for refund.

Friendly staff, fast, efficient windshield chip & slight crack fill-in. Took maybe 10 minutes. I'll definitely be back when needed & highly recommend CalAlta Autoglass North.

The best people. Definitely professionals. Had a weird situation where my rear view mirror was not sitting right and i went to 2 different places that couldn't figure it out. They got it 3 mins. Highly recommend these guys

I had a rock chip on my windshield that spread 6" long across my windshield. Another autoglass shop said the chip was too deep and i needed to replace my windshield and wasted my time driving there. I drove to CalAlta and they were able to repair it within 10 minutes for $50! I'm super impressed by their customer service and honesty. They didn't try to get me to buy a new windshield right away and just gave me the option to repair it first. They said if the fix doesn't hold then they will use the charge towards a new windshield. Thank you so so much!

First went to get a windshield with an appointment; they were right on time and provided quality work right on time, and explained everything including the warranty. Am I ever glad they have that warranty. 5 days after getting a new windshield, their friends at “Acme Gravel Trucks” put a chip in my brand new windshield. Brought it back as soon as I could, and the chip was filled by the time I came back from Queens with a coffee. My only wish is that they were open longer on weekends.

My family and I have been using CalAlta Autoglass North for maybe 20 years. Each time, regardless of who I talked to or dealt with, we received the same friendly faces and friendly services. For example, I went for windshield chip repairs yesterday, I called a couple of time and this young lady picked up the phone. She was Friendly! The young gentleman who helped me with the chip windshield was efficient (he said he lives in Sagehill in the NW), so you know who you are young man, was super friendly and super efficient. When I went to the front desk telling him about the coupon deal they had, he said ok, he smiled and within two minutes I paid! We will definitely continue to use this location! From friendliness, to efficient job to consistent customer service. Kudos to all of you at that location!

I have been going to CalAlta Autoglass North location for several years and they consistently deliver excellent service in repairing my stone chips as well as running
cracks. Most recently I stopped in to CalAlta and Cory was the technician who repaired my stone chip. Cory was friendly and polite, extremely thorough in checking my windshield for new chips and competently repaired my new stone chip, as well as cleaned my windshield after the repair!
I wholeheartedly recommend CalAlta Autoglass for all of your windshield repair needs.

I was extremely happy with my chip repair. I have always gone to the pop-up tents because I assumed they were faster. I was extremely wrong. CalAuto was faster and cheaper. Plus they have a stamp card! The staff was extremely polite and knew what they were doing.

I would definitely return for all of my windshield requirements.

These people are WONDERFUL! I huge rock hit my windshield while driving on Deerfoot. I drove the car to the back, and the gentleman was already looking at my windshield as i was pulling up. He knew exactly what I needed fixed. Went in to pay for the rock chip, had their loyalty card from pre-covid, was actually expecting them to not accept them, and they did! The said my rock chip repair was on the house, and I was like what? Can i pay for the difference (it used to be only $20 per chip), they said No. So I wanted to buy the crew coffee, and they too wouldn't accept it and said they're going to put it into the Food Bank Donations.
Absolutely WONDERFUL and friendly people! I walk in every time know they're not going to try to rip me off!

Heard about this place on the radio. Had two rock chips repaired, 60 bucks. The chips are barely noticeable.

Called about a windshield replacement and hour and a half it was done. Highly recommend Cal-Alta.keep up the good work guys.

I got my windshield replaced here in November 2021. Since then, I have only driven 1,068km. Fast forward five months to present day, I notice a crack on the inside stemming from the rearview mirror all the way down. Take it in for them to have a look as I have a "2 year/1 service" warranty right? Wrong! The guy acknowledges that the crack is on the inside. I speculate maybe gravel but there are no chips? The one guy says no, inside cracks aren't caused by gravel and further says, yea maybe they tightened the rear view mirror too tight? Back to the other guy, looking at my warranty paper work, he says yea, I'm only willing to eat so much of the replacement so it will cost you about $100 to replace because the pressure break warranty is only 30 days and I was beyond that at this point. He then tried to allege that perhaps I banged the rearview mirror too hard while adjusting it. Right.

After reading various other reviews, it appears that I'm not the only one that had a bad experience with these guys. I think the worse part is that they insinuated that I "bumped my rear view mirror too hard" and that's why the entire windshield, from rear view mirror to the base, was cracked. He also added that there is no way that the windshield was defective.
