AND HER NAME IS SHANNON WHO EVER SHE IS DONT WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE OR RECEPTION IF YOU DONT LIKE DEALING WITH PEOPLE. ALL I DID WAS ASK FOR PRICING AND AVAILABILTY AND GIVING ME AN ATTITUDE LIKE THAT. IM SURPRISE PEOPLE STILL GO TO THIS PLACE

Quite unimpressed with the service I received. Starting issues with a garage heater led to the ignitor electrode being worn down and not sparking correctly. I cleaned it and bent the old ignitor ground within spec tolerance, and it works. But thinking for the future, I came to Calcana to purchase a new one in case of future failure. I was sold what I was told is the new oem replacement, and after install it doesn't work, and there is no returns on electronics. I brought the original part with me, and while in the office the desk person assured me that although it was not the same electrode length, it was the replacement part. I'm now out the cost of a brand new and non refundable ignitor that doesn't work. Very unimpressed with the overall rude and lacksidaisicle attitude towards customer service.

Tried to buy a garage heater. But they were not able to match the price of one of their own customers. Went to atlas auto to buy my heater. You would think it would be cheaper to buy from the mfg, instead of the reseller.

We had calcana install a radiant heater in the garage 9 years ago. The installation went well and it has worked perfectly ever since. No complaints at all!

My calcana radiant heater in my shop has ran for 7 years without a breakdown or even a service so far. Would recommend and most appliances are not made to last this seams better so far.

The company makes excelllent garage heaters but the service from Vince was abismal. I called to ask for help with a starting issue on my Calcana garage heater. I asked Vince for a recommendation for someone to fix the starting issue. Vince was borderline rude and displayed very poor customer service skills. He would not recommend anyone, only stated that any furnace cleaner could do the job. I asked for a company he might recommend and he stated there wasnt any.

Ironically, five years ago, when I ordered the heater from Calcana, the service was excellent. They recommended a professional installer and I could not have been happier. Vince is not doing this company any favours with such poor service. I hope the owner reads this review.

Great heaters. Absolutely poor customer service. They clearly don't stand by their products. Vince straight up said call a furnace guy. Receptionist doesn't care to interact much. They want you in and out the door regardless if your problem is solved or not. And if your calling in, good luck getting any help at all. Strongly advise against going here if customer service means anything to you as a consumer.
