Highly recommend this business. We had Adam install our dishwasher, and gave advice on toilets as we were having trouble with ours. He recommended the Toto toilets and we then got him to come back and install 4! The ordering process through them was seamless, and they took away all old toilets, left the bathrooms and dishwasher clean and always were on time, friendly, caring, professional, and willing to help with any other advice or concerns. Wow it isn't often that services in general are this impressive. We recently had Caledonian conduct a regular furnace service at our house. Darryl was so knowledgable and explained everything so that I could feel confident in our furnace moving forward. I would contact Caledonian again without a second thought.

Darryl fixed the furnace and did an excellent walk through why it will have to be replaced after summer. 2 gentlemen came not just on time but early, masks on and very quickly diagnosed our problem with the hot water tank and promptly fixed it. They saw the sealant was coming off on our vent during inspection and fixed that at no additional cost. Thank you! I can see why Tuscany residents go to them for service.

I needed some fixes for our townhouse that we were selling. Grant diagnosed the problem and was able to offer easy solutions. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Grant came and fixed a Poly B Leak at 6: 00 on New Years Eve - service to the max. Wouldn't have been a great way to ring in the New year had he not helped us out. Also came a couple of days later and replaced the main shut off valve that had started to leak as well. Great service and great price.

We contacted Caledonian late with a badly clogged drain and they were able show up the next day. They showed up on time and fixed our clog right away.
