Recently I had bad experience from the customer service team, they were rude while dealing. The dealer had no clue about car’s specs or even the price. Also, we asked for a test drive which was declined with no reason. Tbh, not a good place for business.

Are they selling cars or doing a car exhibition? Poor customer service. The car dealer doesn't know anything about cars. They are not giving cars for test drive. And was giving false information about cars.

Nabeel was excellent to work with. He made the process of buying a car smooth and simple. Even after my purchase, Nabeel had a mechanic look at my car when a light came on and had it fixed immediately. Happy with my new-to-me vehicle and would recommend Nabeel at Calgary Auto Quest.

The easiest car deal we've done. First time not working with a franchise dealership, and I was weary, however from the second we stepped on the lot it felt friendly and comfortable. We drove 2 vehicles and both were spotless and running (as opposed to the other 2 dealerships we visited).

The entire process was pressure free, fast and convenient for us. This was the least amount of time we ever spent on a lot between test driving, negotiating and final paperwork. Fares answered all our questions and made us feel confident and secure in our purchasing decision and options around it.

I also looked at their lending options for prime lending and while there were not as many options as a franchise dealer, I still found the rates to be competitive and reflective of our credit rating, and they had several banks to choose from. Previously I assumed non-franchise dealers only dealt with sub-prime and would carry that interest rate with it.

I highly recommend this dealership. Clean, transparent, and they follow Amvic's rules to a T, especially around extra fees and delivering an all-inclusive price.

This company, and their General Manager Zaine, are now right up there in my books of "make it right" person/company who live that as a core value. I don't give kudos lightly, but when they are deserved based on the dedication to customer experience - I wouldn't feel right not sharing. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a vehicle.

I was hoping to view and test drive a vehicle at this dealership and I called ahead with 20 minutes left until close and was told it was too late to come by (Thur night-people do work during the week). Other dealerships contact me after hours and will do anything to make a sale. I even told the guy that I was wanting to make a decision on this vehicle or another but it didn't matter. He asked me no questions nor showed any interest in the sale. Terrible customer service.

Purchased a 2014 Mercedes CLA250 and had a great car buying experience. They had an excellent selection of German cars in our price range. Dealership was clean and modern. Super friendly staff, Nabeel was fantastic to deal with. He was honest, fair and truly professional. Would definitely buy here again.

One star is one too many. After driving from a different city to see the car, we were told that we could not take it for a test drive due to the car having summer tires. We said No problem, we can wait or come back again tmrw before we depart and you guys can change the tires. After their refusal of new tires and insistent showing of all the mechanical inspections, we managed to get the price down by about $600. We were told that the car could be delivered in two days to Edmonton. So we got some money in our pockets but ended up being charged for the delivery.
The cargo delivery person said they would drop the car off at a grocery store parking lot close to our home which makes sense because maneuvering through tight residential streets would not be wisest
The guy called my wife because he did not know where he is and said to come meet him on the side of a busy highway just on the outskirts of the city where he just dropped the car on the side of the road still on summer tires. My wife had to ask our neighbour to go with her to find him and then drive the car back on summer tires. Ridiculous.
The front right suspension was making a loud banging noise from the first day I drove it. Fog light isn’t screwed in at all the the bulb is just dangling inside the cover. After multiple attempts to get in touch with this dealership, we were told by the guy to definitely take it in and get it checked —- to which I replied if they are going to cover the costs of this check and fix. ZERO RESPONSE. ZERO PHONE CALL. ZERO. Wiped their hands, took their commission and back to business for them as usual until the quarantine.

I had a very good experience at Calgary Auto Quest when I purchased my Golf Wagon. Nabeel was an excellent salesman who was courteous, knowledgeable, and very prompt in our communications. When I realized that the vehicle was missing a visor clip and the adapter for the block heater, he mailed both pieces to me without hesitation. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used vehicle!

Absolutely amazing place! To be honest. There is nothing that they could have done better! I made the decision to buy a used high end car. I sold my my perfectly fine new truck for something a little more exotic; BMW X6M. The past 5 vehicles I have bought have been brand new because I have always been a bit uneasy with used car lots so I definitely came into Auto Quest with my guard up. The sales staff were very honest, easy going and not pushy at all. Caught me off guard. I had an army of questions and I was ready to battle! But nothing. They answered every question I had and didn't rush me through anything until I was confident I knew the answer. They were very transparent. It's been a few months now and my car is a dream come true. Ive had to do no maintenance, there was no hidden problems. I honestly felt like I bought a brand new vehicle. I was looking for a long time for my dream car, Audi RS7 at a reasonable price with low mileage. I was looking to trade in my current vehicle as well, I found online Calgary Auto Quest they had an RS7 at an amazing price with all the options I wanted!
Fares (the Manager) is an amazing person to deal with!
They accommodated all my needs (I was traveling from Fort McMurray) the car is Awesome in excellent condition, He was more than generous with the offer for my current vehicle and boom a few hours later I was driving back home with a new ride!
They even hooked me up with winter rims and tires for a safe trip back home.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Great staff, amazing inventory and just an awesome experience overall.

I purchased a 2015 Acura TLX SH–AWD tech package back in January of 2019. So yeah a late review, I met a salesman named Nabeel; an alright dude with good people skills. I appreciate the effort he put in, to retrieving additional records on the vehicle. He answered all of my questions promptly, nothing out of the ordinary. After some back and forth on the phone, we managed to settle on a deal within a few weeks time.

Update: It's February of 2020, the vehicle has been good to me thus far, I love it! No issues, garaged since I'm not driving it in the winter lol. Though some basic maintenance items have been neglected from the original owner.

Was a huge commitment for us, although I had Major doubts about driving across the country to get a truck, you guys did everything possible to make this worth the trip!

Calgary Auto Quest is a fake website and fake business. Their website leads to a Quebec business, with a very shady website. Also, the phone number is dead - no such number. Calgary Auto Quest is still advertising cars on Autotrader and Kijiji. Beware!

By far, this was the most painless experience I have had in purchasing a new or used vehicle.from start to picking up my vehicle.
Tommy was extremely professional and patient with my questions and in negotiating a price for my 2008 Mercedes E320. When he didn't have an answer for the many questions I had, he looked for an answer before moving on in the process. If he needed help at any step, Fares was there.
At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into "making a deal", and I was treated with the utmost respect.
The dealership was beautifully maintained and looked even better than most of the new car dealerships I have been to.

Dealt with Tommy and Nabeel, both of them were great in helping me find my next vehicle after being involved in rear end collision. Tommy is extremely patient and knows the right questions to ask when I was deciding on my next new vehicle. After batting around some ideas he got me in a few cars and ultimately in the second car he got me in I was hooked with the vehicle. A few days later, I sat down with Nabeel who gave me a great finance rate which helped me finalized the deal. Overall the staff at Calgary Auto Quest are great and it's one of the better used dealerships I've had the opportunity to interact with. I would 10/10 recommend this place to my friends and family.

I have a very good experience of purchasing a car by great approach of a salesman whose name is Sam. He is very hospitable, kind and helpful person and made every procedure very easy for me. Additionally when I noticed that one of the headlights is not working after two weeks I bought the car, I just send a text message to Sam and they fixed the problem in the same day.

I bought an SUV few months ago and within the first month I found out the car has a bearing sound, talked to them and they sent me to one of their auto service to diagnose the issue, sir story they played games together and refused to fix it. And please do not tell me to call you because I did already.

Bought my vehicle a week ago from Calgary Auto Quest. Over all a good car buying experience. I had my doubts about buying a used vehicle from a non-dealer lot but these guys (Tommy and Nabeel) operate on a much higher level than most. From the test drive to the financing this is by far the best car purchase experience I have ever had. Their inventory is outstanding, staff congenial, vehicle preparation is impeccable, and they treated me well. Being able to purchase a luxury class vehicle at a reasonable price will bring us back on the next purchase.
