Very disappointed with these people who lied to us when they were selling me mattress, they charged us for 11” thick hard mattress and delivered us only 9” thick mattress.no refund no return.

These clowns don’t even deserve 1 star, brutal customer service, just pay the extra couple hundred and buy from another place.

The store manager N was really helpful and patient. He helped me as soon as I walked in the door and was happy to show me around the store. We discussed colours, fabric, designs and prices which was helpful in choosing the best sofa for my house.

HK and whole team is nice, they have fast services. Material is also good and long lasting. Must visit for buying any kind of furniture

Honestly wish I could give them 0 stars. Beware stay far away from this place. All the lower rating reviews are 100% accurate. If you want to waste your money and buy from them and never ever receive your furniture then go here.
I placed an order back in June and still haven’t even received half of my stuff. Majority of my stuff that was delivered looked like it was from their display with scratch’s and chips and pieces from the furniture missing. I’ve phoned multiple times for their useless receptionist to tell me they will give me a call the next day and let me know a update on my stuff but still no call back. Every time I phone they make an excuse and never phone back. I went in to see the store owner and he seemed like he didn’t care and that it was my problem. Such horrible people.
Worst sales people too they promise you 2-3 weeks but then months go by and still no furniture. A nightmare of an experience worst customer service and business.
I will definitely be filing a lawsuit. This is unacceptable.

Bed review- i am extremely happy with my purchase! We ordered a custom bed from calgary best buy. The staff is very helpful and nice they listen to your needs and requirements and make sure you will always get the best thing in best price. The quality of the fabric and box bed is very good and solid.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.we purchased whole home furniture two months ago from them and they had commitment to deliver half furniture in week and rest in 2 weeks but they delivered half furniture in one month and still waiting for the rest of the furniture. They gave me two delivery dates but nobody shows up.i called them and every time they had different excuse. Never recommended to anyone. Very Disappointing Service

I ordered a custom made box bed and dinning chairs from this store. The delivery, to Edmonton, was done in a timely fashion and customer service provided by Jaspreet Minhas was outstanding. Jaspreet helped us in choosing the right type of furniture suitable to our needs. Minor issue with one of the chair was repaired very quickly. I would recommend this furniture store.

Liked the pricing and quality of mattress i bought. This is second time i bought mattress from them. Very Happy with service and got my delivery on time. They also called after delivery to check if anything went wrong.

Very dishonest people. They lie everyday, they are so unprofessional. Wrong information about items, change delivery dates, end up delivering wrong items not properly mounted. Most items have defects and when you call them, they pretend not to understand. Very dishonest people. Red flag store. Hope everyone is aware. Zero star for them. Am sure the 3 stars on thier website was gotten by the workers or owners faking reviews.

We made a orders for some sofas on Boxing Day 2022! And they were supposed arrive within 2-3 weeks! And now it’s been a long time 3 months I been waiting. And everytime I ask them about it they tell me oh this week or oh next week. I made an order for 3 sofas and only one was delivered and it was dirty. And I asked them to return it and give me a clean one and they wouldn’t. I highly recommend nobody come here. Terrible work ethic!

I would like to share a my experience from this store. Salesperson are really helpfull specially the one who helping us (Arsh). Prices are resonable and there customer service is really good.

They are deceivers. I hope all people don't trust them. I bought two sofas from them. And he sent me a sofa after a long time, and it had an unpleasant smell, and I said, “I did not ask you to replace it, but they kicked me out, because they are alive. ”

I heard bad experience from some people.but thought let’s try. I went their. They were very nice and sweet. Bought bed and sofa from them. They said will deliver in 1 month. Called them after month, no reply. Was not answering calls. Finally after 2 days they said it will take another month. Next month they delivered the bed and installed it. I was in hospital, delivered a baby. When came home with baby saw nightstand backside was open. Only 2 screw pins were attached out of 10-12. The bed makes noise when you take side. It was more than $3000. Whenever I turn left right, the whole bed moves even though its box bed. Please save your money. Don’t buy from them

We bought a sofa from them on August 8 we’ve told they delivered it by September 1 unfortunately we’ve got nothing yet, when we call them they next week, again next week we’ve tired to hear next week next week.

They don't have good collaboration with their own team, lack of communication that's how they end up with not providing exact delivery time.
They should hire good installing (assembler) and delivering staff.
Need to improve customer service after the sale.

Really very bad experience and its not that I ordered 1st time. It was my 3rd try to give business to my own people but disappointed 3rd time in a row. You’ll never get your delivery on time. They’ll never compensate for your time which you wasted waiting for the delivery and they’ll never call you that what time delivery will come. If anyone can take headache and want to waste their time then go to them, otherwise try to go somewhere else.

I have bought furniture here for home and recently for our church. The furniture they construct is excellent quality as they work to your specifications and offer great advice and sample selections. I have suggested to them they should work on letting the customer know exactly when they will receive the product as sometimes they cannot deliver on the due date but usually a few days after. However, recently our church needed a large custom altar cushion. The team here offered to do it for us using the best material for the purpose and at no cost. Raj visited the church, did his measurements and they delivered on time and with excellence. Thank you very much for this.

DONT BUT! I don’t recommend anyone buy from them! They rip you off so much! They deliver the wrong product if you custom it and then don’t give you what you asked for! My couch had disgusting hairs all over it! It was probably the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. I had to go back and forth with them. The first sofa we ordered from them didn’t fit our apartment door even though there’s sales man made us believe it would forsure fit… the manager and boss of the store argued with us on the phone for 3 hours saying they are going to leave the sofa there and will not return any money back. When we came to a conclusion after 3 whole hours they decided to let us exchange for a sofa that was 2x smaller than we paid for. Even after going back and forth with them confirming which fabric I want on the sofa and on the cushions they still delivered the wrong fabric! They put a completely different fabric on the cushions even though I have pictures of everything I asked for they lie about us not getting it correct. Extremely messed up individuals and are only there to rip you off! The legs of our “new” couch are also crooked and don’t sit on the floor fully. The excessive hair on the sofa is disgusting. I don’t recommend them to anyone. So unprofessional. The manager and the boss and even the sales men are in it together to rip people off.

The wosrt store to buy any kind of furniture. We bought sofa n two chairs year ago and was promised to deliver in 6 weeks but was late almost 3 months and on top of that both chairs were damaged when delivered and the custome made sofa was also smaller in size even though we told them we need exact same size which was the floor model. We had informed them right after the Furniture was delivered and they said we will do something. Now it's been a year and they haven't replaced them nor they took back. We are calling them 3,4 times in week since last 1 year and they are not even responding us properly. Bini one of their employe is so rude and seems like he doesn't know what is Customer Service. This Place is full of Scam.

The worse customer service I ever seen! They late in the delivery and never bother even to apologies. I Will never recommend anyone.

Bought a bedroom suite from them and they did the worst installation of the products. The drawers on the bed are damaged and don’t close properly. The corners are ruined. Plus one of the night table has rust on it. I guess they tried to give it a more of a “rustic” look with actual rust.

We got our new house furniture from Calgary Best Buy. It’s amazing customised sofa, they delivered it to Edmonton for free to us plus everyone was super nice and helped us always whenever we call them to inquire. Though we dint got the full furniture Cas our consignment got late so they ended up sending us spare dinning to use for our house warming party. We really appreciate and would recommend everyone to buy your furniture for them.hopefully our other furniture comes on time as well.best people with excellent services.

Missed delivery several times, every time you call, they will make-up something.ended up cancelling the item. Getting refund is also not easy.so many follow-ups.extremely poor business model. The worst experience in my whole entire life, please do not buy anything from these people. They are full of lies and taking your money without delivering your furniture on time and refusing to speak on the phone when needed and not refunding my money. We have waited for our furniture over 2 months and every time we call they say give me few more days and it keeps going on, until now we have more seen our refund or our furniture. Worst experience ever.

I ordered a set of couches with them. The delivery was delayed due to things out of their control. However, this company cares about making nights right. We bought a "Brand new" dinning table from this place. It turned out to be defective, when we reported someone was suppose to get back to us but after at least 15 calls and multiple emails we did not get a resolution. Every person who answered my call had different story. When I finally arrived at store again (I live more than 100kms away) We were offered a discount that was fraction of cost. Stay away from this place! Very Sketchy!

We got our furniture from her and the staff was soo amazing. Karampal gave us a very generous discount and even gifts for our kids as well. They delivered right on schedule and the delivery team set up everything up nicely.

Horrible buying experience. The managers and sales staff are dodgy. They promised a delivery date of my furniture but they never delivered after 3 months. They would avoid phone calls. I had to get a chargeback issued.

Gave me broken furniture called to ask for a replacement said they couldn't a person would come out and fix it they never even showed up and when i called about not being able to put it together because they gave me something broken and said we have to sleep on the floor he said oh well not my problem than hung up
