Fantastic experience purchasing my BMW X1 from start to finish. Kaiman at BMW Calgary was amazing! They all treated each customer like they were the most important person. All the extra service like Ubers to and from for service, and car washes every time! The buying experience with Kaiman felt natural and transparent. For this I will never go anywhere else

Purchased a vehicle from Lee in which he was excellent to work with as I lived out of province. Lee even picked me up from the airport to get me to the dealership. Transaction was smooth and Donovan had all of the transfer paperwork ready to go. I highly recommend this dealership!

I went to the Calgary heritage medows BMW dealership and had an outstanding car buying experience. The sales manager was very helpful even tho I didn’t have appointment and then she introduced me to Kaiman from the sales team who was very kind and was very helpful plus he did fantastic job from explaining the payments all the way to the interior of the car and Mr. Kim generous and very helpful from financial team helped us out a lot discussing the terms and conditions and benefits to being Bmw owner I am proud Bmw owner and I’m glad I came and purchased Bmw 430i grand coupe. Truly happy and satisfied costumer will be returning again in the future to upgrade.

We went to this location knowing in the past that we had very poor service, but hey everyone has an off day, let's give them another chance. Our next visit was no better than the first. I left very disappointed again.when I stopped by at Calgary BMW service department on Saturday to ask a few questions. At first there was no one present, and when both service advisors, Loe and Ian, showed up neither one was keen on helping. One had an excuse, that he was with a customer, and the other didn't want to work at all.
Well, will take our business elsewhere, even though its own by the same group.

Do NOT trust this dealership. I drive a 2015 vehicle, so it's not that old yet. However, every time I brought the car in for an oil change and check-up, it has always costed me thousands of dollars every single time. They consistently found something wrong with the car and pressured me to repair or replace the parts immediately, warning that my car would’ve be permanently damaged otherwise. I always feel anxious when coming to this dealership. I am currently considering selling my car soon and will never purchase another BMW or return to this dealership. I sincerely hope they undergo an audit in the future and are exposed for any fraudulent practices. The quality of BMW vehicles is subpar

Horrible service experience.
My windshield and sunroof sound like they are separating and about to fall out. My windshield spontaneously cracked and the crack spreaded heavily without any known damage. This is a $2447 fix on its own. It was time to make sure this wouldn’t happen to my sunroof too.

I call in and speak to a real person (because the automated booking service is awful) and tell her about my issue and ask if my warranty covers that. She tried to make me feel stupid and asked sarcastically “you mean your vehicle within 4 years / 80,000km’s? Yeah, that would be covered. ”

She booked the appointment for 7: 45am.
I go in perfectly on time, and was not greeted by a service advisor, but instead went inside and stood around until they assigned me an advisor. The advisor takes my key fob, reads thr notes probably written by the lady who booked my appointment and a few minutes later tells me that there’s only a 1yr 20,000km warranty for glass issues and that my diagnostic is likely to be 2 hours long and not be covered by BMW.

This infuriated me as they could’ve told me this on the phone. Instead I had to wake up early and travel from the end of the city to Calgary BMW to get told in person, all this AFTER I called to confirm this is something that was covered.

Can’t wait to get emailed the survey about my service experience.

It is impossible to get in contact with the parts department.
They simply never pick up the phone and never call back after receiving voicemails. I have tried 8-10 times on different days at different times of the day and it just rings and rings. Extremely frustrating. I call again, leave a voicemail, no response. Repeat.

Great experience with DY Lee and Kim Mark. Got there in the morning to see a car, came back in the afternoon to test drive, walked out with a new (used) car the same dayGot to pick up the car in a week after they did their maintenance stuff

Have to make a small edit to my review only because after 8 months of driving the car, turns out the car had an aftermarket racing chip installed. Also when I swapped to my winter tires, the mechanic said the tires don’t even fit the car properly, and had to get a completely new engine. Now luckily I purchased the extended warranty so I would have been out of pocket 20k for the engine and installation but the insurance covered 11k. I still do enjoy the car though but its just really unfortunate

Very bad customer service. I have called 4 times within a 2 week term to book a service appointment and still no one has picked up the phone. You make customers select options on the call to then just let it go to a voice mail where you make me leave my details. Yes, I have gotten your calls back, 2/3 days after I called you. One makes the time to call on time to book service appointments but seems like begging for BMW to spare some minutes to address the matter. However, if you try calling and select the option for sales rather than for service your call will me answered immediately.
BMW is a high end car dealership, the service you provide is un acceptable.
Your services are sub par with other BMW dealerships.

We came into BMW Calgary not really familiar with the BMW product lines. Steve Kindred walked us through our options, and helped us choose a vehicle that met all our needs. It was an absolute pleasure buying a car from Calgary BMW. Owning a BMW is a privilege in itself, but the way we were treated by the entire staff was incredible. We have owned many new cars in the past, but this purchase experience far surpasses any we have had in the past.

Specifically, Alfie the New Car Sales Manager went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy before and after the purchase. Alfie paid attention to our needs, focused on the fine details and did not pressure us for a moment. Not to mention was very knowledgable with the product and the sales process in general. We were paired with Mackenzie who did a terrific job of walking us through our options. We didn't end up getting a car here because there wasn't the right fit, but we wouldn't hesitate to go see Mackenzie at Calgary BMW again in the future. Was a pleasure to deal with.

Always seem to be issues with the service department. Asked them to check a tire because it kept deflating on me slowly when they were doing a regular service and changing a different tire. Service department said the tire was fine, yet it was low again the next day. Searched the tire and found a nail within seconds, they didn't even check it. Now I have to wait a week to even get it in again, with no shuttle or loaner available. This is just another issue with the service department in a long list and getting sick of it. Get your service elsewhere when you can!

Edit: okay calgary bmw really did a unprofessional job of maintaining the used car i was buying. I kept mentioning to Rick that there was a tire issue that needed to he attended to but was never fixed until i went to calgary honda. The car tire pressures were below 25 psi levels when it was delivered to me and the tires are recommended to be at 33 psi. I am now overall disappointed in the calgary bmw for its unprofessional detailing services because there were very noticable marks that cannot be easily missed and could not have it redone since it was busy. I will probably go somewhere else for my business. They lost my overall customer satisfaction because they seem to not care about used cars at all unless you buy new bmw.

I came here to buy a used accord, pretty brand new! I love the experience here at calgary bmw and especially with the two people i did business with Rick and Alfie. They did everything they could to earn my business and gave me a fair deal. The reason for losing a star from me is they did a poor job detailing my car since there were noticeable spots that havent been cleaned and a tire pressure issue. Rick apologized for the inconvenience and directed me to the right people to fix my tire issue but couldn't really detail my car again due to being busy and backed up.

I would come and do business with calgary bmw again but i wish they were more professional with the delivery of the final product.

Being in the market for a new vehicle and knowing what I was looking for, Steve Kindred made our shopping and buy experience extremely enjoyable! Steve was very knowledgeable, with all makes of cars, helping me narrow down my search and ultimately choose an X4. There was never any pressure but when I made a decision Steve acted quickly. Dianne and I have driven BMW 328i’s for over 20 years and our last we had sold to our son before we moved back to Alberta. Our first BMW was purchased from Calgary BMW so who else would we see. We found one on their website and set up an appointment for a test drive the next morning (August 31) at 10: 00 am and when we arrived we were greeted by Anubhav Saxena who explained the one we were looking at had been sold over night. We were disappointed and said that there was nothing in their current inventory that appealed to us to which Anubhav said that they had just received a lease return that had been checked out but was not ready for the lot or the website. He quickly brought the details of the BMW up on the computer screen and we agreed that we would take a look at it and within minutes the BMW 328i was at the front door. For a vehicle that had just been returned by the customer it was in like new condition and almost showroom ready. We were very interested and before we got into negotiations Anubhav introduced us to Nate Sagoo his sales Manager who made the comment that “he likes to meet the customer’s so they can put a face to the person that will okay the deal”, which I thought was a great gesture. Well, the negotiations did not go our way at all but they had priced the BMW well and it was worth every dime. We were whisked into Bryanne Marie’s office for the deposit and left at 11: 15. We picked up the 328i xDrive Gran Turismo from Anubhav who went over every detail of the BMW on Friday, September 3 and from beginning to end our experience has been first class and from past experience we know the service department has been great and will continue the first class experience.

Our salesman, finance manager and sales manager Lee, Kim and Alfie were amazing in helping me get into my dream car. Not pushy, absolutely knowledgeable, and soo easy to deal with. Highly recommended! Thanks guys for a wonderful experience.

I have dealt with several dealerships in Calgary and have to say thatCalgary BMW went above and beyond to help me out. The sales team was great so we will have to see how the service compares. Because of my location I might be dealing with servicing out of the BMW Gallery in the NW Auto Mall.

This guy knows how to hustle, He responds immediately. Would go in on his day off (without telling you) and just gives everything to make things right for you.
