I hate to and never waist my time to right reviews. I either go back or don’t!
Ive Been here once in the past. I asked for a recommendation for a painter they sent me to a cheaper shop.price Wasn’t bad. But when I showed up the guy was a tottal junkie and barely could put words togeather. So I declined.
But this places Customer service is slow and if you have the time to wait 30 mins for someone to actually take the time to help you. Then go here.
Do not bother calling. The guy that answers transfers you to 1of 2 departments and you will sit on hold for an hour. And this is during there supposed (slow) time which is posted on there live webpage.
I see a lot of complaints about costumer service. Seems you guys need some better staff or organization.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, always ready to offer good advice. Excellent pricing.

On the website it says open - 5p.
I was calling and says, we are currently closed and will open on the next business day.

I have been seeing lots of 1 star reviews with them not being able to paint match. I can agree with that. I came in to get a color for my 2018 Toyota and they got the color completely off. After reading reviews I didn't even bother calling back. I went somewhere else and actually got the proper color. They must be using old equipment here. I understand there are variations of color. Reading these comments though, made me think they don't care about the customer.

Massoud & Rod are amazing! I went there to get info on the best way to approach my auto body project.lots of other places would of been rude or impatient with my questions but Massoud and Rod took the time to explain in detail what was the best products I should use even if the store was busy they made me feel like I was an important customer. Thanks again

Great place for all your paint and aftermarket parts. The staf is super friendly and Knowledgeable. I have been dealing with Tony and the rest of the staff for several years now they are amazing. They stock alot of parts in their warehouse which is super handy and they are really close to my shop.

Awesome place. Always seem to have what you need. If they don't have it I'll get it for you. They're very knowledgeable and experienced in their paint products

I stopped in after an endless effort to match the paint on my 2012 Tiguan. The staff matched it PERFECTLY, and it was less than 20 minutes to get it mixed and out the door. Thank You!

I never rate anything ever but this place is awful. I called them on the phone to see if they have specific bolts and they said yes. I come in and there is a dude complaining that they order the wrong parts for him and they couldn't do anything. And then I asked if they have the bolts I want and the seller said ohhh I don't know. And she didn't know where they were and then told me to go look for them. And then left me to go serve other people which is super unprofessional. Didn't even give me a price on the bolts, I had to figure it out myself. Don't ever go hear

Ania and her team are always more than happy to help me with what I need. The service is always outstanding along with the knowledge the staff has on not only the paint but as well as the parts! Excellent prices on parts and supplies needed to fix your vehicle. Highly recommend visiting them! My go to supply shop!

Looked busy and it takes too long to get anything, I waited for a long time to receive my products.

Asked for an 11oz rattle can of paint to be mixed, after I got an estimate on the phone for around $25. The paint I got was in a normal tin, so I had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be put in the rattle cans. In fairness, I probably could have been more clear with what I wanted the paint in, but I would have greatly appreciated being asked in the first place—that would have saved us both a lot of time, and saved me some money too. Not everyone has a paint gun.

Ended up getting four 3oz cans, which cost me over $50 ($12.50 ea.) on top of the $50 I just spent on paint. Ended up being a lot more expensive than what I was wanting to spend, and the customer service was lacklustre. I actively apologized to them for being a hassle and received no such pleasantries back. I’ll cut them a little slack because they were a bit busy, but more questions as to what I wanted and better customer service would have made this experience a lot less painful. Hopefully this paint actually matches…

It is a very Good shop when Saba and his wife Ania, the owners are more present, and a shout out to previous owner, awesome people. Terrible service lately. Poor attitudes. Arrogant, disrespectful to others. Not to me, but others. Wow! This new manager has let this new position grow into his head. Very poor management. Staff running around with no masks. Customers allowed in with no masks. Very little respect for current government regulation and health and wellness law. Prices have gone up drastically. No attitude of gratitude here lately. How soon we forget what can happen with out it, and lessons previously learned. Beware. Maybe a time for new friends.

Really bad customer service, specially from the one guy who acts like the main boss of this place.

Masood is the best. Incredible knowledge, always helpful. Jaweed is great as well. The entire staff is great. Good stock on everything, great prices. It gets busy at times, but be patient, the expertise is worth the wait. I buy a lot of house of kolors products, and they have everything I need. It's the only body shop supply place to go.

Been to this place only a couple of times and that was it for me. Bad service and staff have no experience. Never going there again.

I've received a great experience from the ne location, went in as a walk in customer/no account when ordered a few hard to get parts for a lowrider. Matched my custom color as well while i waited. Parts came in on time the girl at the desk called and said my order arrived. Bought some raptor liner too for a really good price. All in all it was great experience and i can see why they are in business because of there Excellent service!

Came for a metallic paint match for a Yamaha motorcycle after trying elsewhere first, the paint match was spot on.

Great staff very knowledgeable. Michelle is awesome. She will take all the time you need to assist you with all your needs. Prices are very fair and can get you anything required for your next project.

A great group of folks at this location! I buy custom paint here for work on my customer’s vehicles, and the service is always friendly and quick. It is a busy place but the staff do their best to help get you back to work a fast as possible!

Avoid this shop! Here the customer is never right. I bought a custom made paint and the color didn't match. They refused to refund or prepare the paint again. The color was clearly darker to my eyes. They blamed the painter for the difference in color. I complained several times but they were inflexible. I received a bad customer service, the person was really stubborn and arrogant.

You can get everything, if you want to repaint your vehicle you can get everything you need to do it.

Arrived during business hours to get a colour match and couldn't get it completed. Apparently their scanner was at the other location and I had to return a different day?

Staff is great, service is great, product offering is great (hence 4 stars). But 2 trips is annoying. Maybe they have 2 scanners and 1 is broken?

If you're looking for a scanned paint match, CALL BEFORE YOU GO and make sure it's there.

Although I drove to, but the colorist staff was different from the color of the car, the price was too expensive. The paint box is worth $ 15 but is sold for $ 25. Conditions for returning goods are difficult, making customers unable to return products purchased

This is a great place if you need the same parts as the one comes that come from the manufacturer, but not that expensive. Broke my Honda grill and H sign. Went to Honda, told me it's gonna be around $500 and that I had to wait for one week to get it. Came here and got them for less than $150. Super happy:)

Terrible service. Every since the wife Anna started managing has gone downhill. The shop is a mess. Needs a good cleaning and organized. Saba needs to come back and take over. South store is much more organized and clean. Top notch customer service at South store.

I now have dealt at both North and South stores. They took the time to explain why the materials purchased from competitor failed, how to correct and what to use. They had color books going way back so matched color on my old car. And while being pleasant at the same time, 5 stars.

I have painted a few sleds, motorcycles, and other parts on advice from these guys. Each time they have coached me on the right way to get things done, and also offered phone numbers to reach them with any questions. Great place for all paint and bodyshop needs
