Further to my post. No you did not offer to redo the canvas and no you didn’t apologize. You didn’t even offer to change the price until I inquired and then said that you could refund me for the difference but it is only about 3.00, and then I said don’t worry about it. I would strongly suggest that any changes to a customer order be communicated with the customer. This only takes a few minutes and bit of effort and if you don’t believe that is worth your effort, then opt for a higher quality rather than a lesser quality.

Amazing quality, and they didnt bat an eye at our unique request. Will definitely be using their services again.

Very pleased with the three 16" x 22" enlargement prints they did of my wife. I plan to have a number more done in the next few months. Staff was first rate to deal with and helped get the best out of the digital originals I gave them. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Best prices and service in the city for QUALITY Canvas printing. Look, you could get your canvas printed for cheaper at Walmart or any other big chain but you won’t get quality. Printed a picture we took from an engagement shoot. Turned out really beautiful and was done quickly. Pick up was easy too! Will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future.

I needed a couple of prints made from an oil painting of my late family dog to give as gifts this Christmas. I brought the original into the shop earlier in December, and Iain was able to scan, print, and stretch the reproductions with plenty of time to spare. He's an absolute pro who took great care of the original painting and created two excellent copies that I'm proud to share with my family.

We ordered a wide panorama canvas print with a custom aspect ratio. They were friendly and knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The print was done quickly and was easy to pick up in Calgary.

Our family recently lost our mother to Covid-19 and decided to give a gift of a canvas print of an original painting that my mother completed in 2019 to all the people who cared for her in her nursing home over the past 10 years and for all her friends and family. I contacted Iain and told him about our project. He was very happy to be a part of it. Although his company focuses more on custom one off work, we decided that the quality of canvas, ink, and frame consistency of a 225 print run was too important to trust to a high production type store and he did not disappoint. We also asked him to make five shipments to Ontario and they all arrived quickly and in tact.
