I called Calgary Cycle to ask if they could replace the tires on my bike. I took the bike in and the service was completed in the same day (less than 3 hours). Many other shops that I called were booking 10-14 days out. Great service. Thanks team.

Thank you Thank you Thank you Pure Cycle for inspiring and challenging this almost 70 year old - double hip replacement - cycle enthusiast. I have had my Norco Bigfoot VLT Fat Tire Bike a couple of weeks and been enjoying rides everyday in Fish Creek. Mike, the Sales Manager suggested I try studded tires - so I did and today I did some single track with lots of snow and I felt like I was 40 years old again. All the staff at Pure Cycle are outdoor enthusiasts and avid cyclists so you will be serviced by experienced, caring, down to earth friends. I will recommend them to you and everyone who stops me and asks me how I like my “new ride”

Love the bikes i hate their customer service! They never miss to disappoint me.need some training on customer service.seems like you can have a good service from this location if you have a very pricey bike purchased from them.but if you just buy lower than 5k i bet they will not treat you better.i would rather drive 30 minutes away to Bow trail location to have a better service than coming back to this bike shop which is 6 minutes away from my place.

Brutal. There and ready to buy a $400 helmet for my wife, was told no because they were worried that if it didn’t fit I would lose parts of the helmet and return it anyways…. I can buy anything else, take it home and return it the next day as per a typical return policy but not a helmet for my wife. I spent five minutes trying to give this gentleman money and he would not sell me the helmet and when I explained how often we come and buy product and that I would no longer be shopping here he actually said
“Yup whatever”-fantastic business model guys

Seriously, this place is awesome. Drove from the coast with my road bike on the back of the car. Mike at the shop cleaned it up and got it ready to go. He even gave me some great pointers on a route I was considering. Picked up a new pair of gloves, too. Good prices and fantastic service. Thank you, Mike!

Good customer service. Will definitely buy my next bike there. Bought my girlfriends bike last year. Rear tire kept blowing out they fixed it for free. Lifetime $5.00 tune ups.

Extremely happy with the staff especially with Eric and Mike. Their customer service is incredible. I have bought my first bike in other location - same company, however it wasn't a right bike for me and wanted to exchange it for the right one. The shop I bought the bike from, didn't want to help me and I was very disappointed. Canyon Meadow shop had a different approach and they allowed me to exchange my bicycle. I am very thankful and appreciate it for allowing me to get a right bike for me. I will be definitely coming back to support your business and send more people to Canyon Meadow location.

Purchased a Trek FX 3. The service and staff were excellent. Talked to Mike who set up a test ride, checked measurements, and informed me of the after purchase services. Minus one star since my bike was missing a small part when I took it home and had it up on the bike stand for adjustments; but kudos to the staff - they're mailing out the part at no cost (I do not live in Calgary). Would recommend.

Shout out to the service department for fixing my back tire right before closing today. I’m impressed how fast you were able to diagnose and repair my axle. Incredible service, keep crushing!

I bought my first mountain bike here, and the staff was extremely helpful. During the entire process all my questions were answered and I was not pressured into buying anything. Infact after listening to my needs they helped me make a decision and I bought a bike which was below my budget on their recommendation. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a bicycle.

I really appreciate the extra care and attention that was paid this last time around. I know parts are at a premium and incredibly difficult to come by but I was absolutely delighted by the extra efforts that the team went to to even pay retail as necessary in order to source the parts I needed. My bike rides like new and I'm taking full advantage of it as the summer winds down. Thanks guys!

I brought my bike in for a $90 tune up and the technician checked out everything and gave the bike the all clear.
I was notified to come and pick up my bike. When I arrived to pick up my bike, the handlebars were not set straight.
When I took my bike for a test ride, the back disc brake was rubbing.
When I brought my bike back in the front clerk was actually annoyed at me for asking them to adjust the brake so it was not rubbing. This is a very minor adjustment. He was actually going to charge me again but eventually agreed to make the adjustment as part of the tune-up service.
When I took my bike for a test ride again, the front brake could be completely compressed down to the handlebar and barely slowed the bike down.
When I brought my bike back in, the clerk adjusted the brake.

Make sure to test ride your bike and check out all the functionality when you go to pick it up. They claim to test ride the bike as part of the green tune-up service but unless they don't use the brakes on the test ride, this was not done in my case.
Also make sure to stand up for yourself when test riding your bike and notice work that was not complete. They were trying to convince me that rubbing was normal and were going to charge me again to ensure the bike was properly tuned.

Took my old Specialised stumpjumper into the store for several issues. The store was very busy but young Andrew came over and helped me. Instead of taking my bike in for service he threw it up on the stand and fixed all of my issues on the spot. He seems to be very experienced and has excellent people skills. That kind of service is so impressive, and rare. Thanks Andrew

5 Stars does not do justice to how well their team will treat you. I went in looking for a new mountain, and I was told that due to supply chain issues, there where no bikes available in my price range. That was a little disappointing, but hey what can you do when there is no supply. I was working with Duncan, and he gave advice on how to look online, and use resources to hopefully track down a bike. Then a couple days later I get a call from Duncan saying they have a bike that checks all my boxes. I did not ask for him to call me if they found a bike that worked, but he did anyway. He went way above and beyond. I have been shopping at this shop since 2017, and every time I am blown away at the dedication to customer satisfaction.

At first I thought they did a great job. But as time went on really noticed how poor of a bike tune up they did. For the price you pay not worth it go somewhere else. Way over priced for the quality of work they do.

Not a bike customer - just a dad looking to replace the tire on our bumbleride stroller. I had looked up the tire online from the manufacturer and it turned out they didn’t ship to Canada.

I called up Pure Cycle and they were able to look in their supplies and confirm they had a 12” tire and could do a replacement.

I was able to come in right away and the tire was swapped in 20 min.

Went in to talk about options for tires and valves. They recommended several options and performed the replacement on the spot without an appointment! Amazing service always. Love this place

I called Calgary Pure and was told to come in the next day as they were getting a shipment in. They said they weren’t taking deposits, or calls and it’s first come first first serve basis.
I called again this morning around 11am and the shipment wasn’t there yet.

When I went into the store they told me the bikes were “being held for people on vacation”.

The reason for this one star is because, if they could hold a bike for them, why couldn’t they take my information down when I called 2 times and was told to come into the store.

Unfair customer service.

Excellent Customer Service. I would use Pure Cycle for all my cycle needs and recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience at the Calgary cycle shops. I dealt with both Bow and Pure shops. They helped me find the right bike.

Fast and friendly staff. Always have the time to explain what needs to be done and what can wait. Also will it of there way to help if you in during a ride with a question or mechanical issue.

Busy, like all places that sell bikes during a pandemic, but we were quickly greeted and then assisted by a friendly and knowledgeable sales associate. They had exactly what we were looking for a 20inch coaster brake bicycle for our daughter. The store was clean and well-organized.

I came in to look at purchasing a new saddle and was very impressed with the service I received. I didn't realize that a fitting would be required and was pleasantly surprised that Pure Cycle wanted to be 100% sure I was satisfied. Very good service, knowledge, and speed of service. Calls are answered when I call or returned when promised. I also like the system they have of communicating via text messages for keeping me up to date on service calls.
