Whatever truck driver you had making a delivery today January 18th 2024 at southcentre mall at 1pm should probably stop driving if he wants to get out of his truck and try and fight people bc he’s incompetent and doesn’t know how to back up a truck

From fradu Cafe here in Calgary given very very very fatty back beef ribs and the sales rep by the name of Dan. Refused to take them back and Saif its the best. Thrown away $300 worth of beef ribs. Very poor customer services for small restaurants be careful if you are a small business before you work with them.

People in receiving office are nice
Ample parking space and they start offloading at 5am.

There's a very rude customer representative on this branch she just hung up and never called me back after waiting for a few minutes on the phone. Really unacceptable behavior should not be in the industry like this.

Worst place to deliver in Calgary, took 7 hours to unload. Kindly respect driver’s time. I had to reschedule my back load just because of them.

Verv long wait times they dont respect drivers time the lady on the office was ill mannered she doesn't know how to respect the drivers. This place is garbage

It was one of the worst jobs I ever had. Pay is very low compared to what they expect you to do! You have to push out thousands of pounds of products every night within a very short time frame. It's a back breaking job. On top of that work environment isn't good either. All the supervisors are shifty. They don't care about drivers. I had low paying job at CIBC before. However, my work environment at CIBC was very good. My bosses and co-workers were excellent.whereas everything is bad at GFS. That's why they hire class 1 driver every other month. Their transportation department is the worst! I had to quit very fast after starting to work there.

I've been dealing with GFS now for almost a year now and they been great with our hotel business, very fast, flexible and professional.
Matthew Levis, their district sales rep been super helpful and responsive. He went above and beyond, thanks very much matt:)

Very unreliable when it comes to having product on hand. I’ve caught them double ticketing products so it says one price online but when I go pick it up it’s double or tripled in cost. I would think twice about using these guys.
