Great place with super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Perfect place to find parts and batteries for cordless tools, attachments, tonnes of fasteners, SO MUCH MILWAUKEE, AND THEY EVEN HAVE CARBON FIBRE HARD HATS! So awesome, hahahaha!

We finally found the tool we were looking for at CalFast and it arrived in only days to the Maritimes! Inside the box was also a handwritten note and gift congratulating us on our new home. What a special touch!

Let it be known, I have never been compelled to write a review before for any type of service. This just goes to show how outstanding the experience we had here. In the middle of a pandemic, our main man Jeff from Calgary Fasteners on 32 ave, went out of his way to accommodate our needs. This is particularly notable because during this time when customers are not allowed in the showroom (they had a table set up outside), Jeff was constantly running in and out of the shop for us as our needs developed (he even let us borrow his drill at one point- so we could test out the rivets we were shopping for). While we made him run around, supplying us with different rivets, he carried himself with a huge smile, a good sense of humour, knowledge, and helpful suggestions.
Thanks a lot Jeff, your help was much appreciated!

I didn’t find them helpful at all. Online said said they had two products that we had been looking for. Went in to get it and everyone stood around talking, didnt ask if we needed any help, my boyfriend had to look for some just to help him out to be told “I know it says we have it online but it’s wrong we didn’t get any in” no customer service at all.
Will never go to this location again.
