I would like to thank John Malialis Service Manager at Calgary Harley-Davidson for stepping up and saving our vacation. We are from Winnipeg MB and the 117 motor blew on our 2022 CVO coming into Calgary on Monday August 21st. (Under Warranty Yes but not the point)
We thought that's it that's all, rent a truck and take him home to be repaired. That was not to be the case at all thankfully. Calgary had a 135 sitting on the service desk with our name on it. John had us back up and running with a sweet new set of lungs by Wed morning. Broke that bad boy in over the Rockies stopped for a quick oil change at Kelowna Harley-Davidson (Thanks Jen from Winnipeg) you guys were also fantastic to deal with
I'd also like to give a shout out to the ladies in the clothing department, Ebonnie Larose you were a great spirit to talk to and keep me company for a couple of days and Yketa Werenka, thank you for the fantastic deal on our RainSuits. We used them a couple times on the trip and they are awesome, we highly recommend them to your other customers. LOL I managed to get mine in that tiny little bag, not sure why the guys get so much extra space

We were 2200 km from home when the water pump went out in our 2014 Ultra Limited in Canmore Canada. They came and picked us and the bike up, got it in the lift and diagnosed the problem. It was later in the day so the next morning they got the water pump installed and we were back on the road after lunch. Very grateful to them for making us a priority being we were traveling! Everyone there was very polite and very helpful. Shane in the service department was extremely busy juggling jobs and people. Very professional! An especially big thanks to him!

This place is HUGE! So many options and varieties. Motorclothes staff was just the sweetest. Plus they have the sweetest puppers their that greats you!

I’m not a biker but we stopped into this location to “check it out”……after looking at their shop, I could be a biker! What a cool set up with a beautiful selection of bikes to choose from. Staff were all friendly and there is a place to buy clothing and apparel.

The sales staff are wonderful. The service team needs heavy work. Brought bike in Monday. Here it's just getting worked on, on Wednesday. They're way too overbooked can't keep appointment times, everyone sounds like they're chickens with heads cut off, panicking around the shop clueless. Feels like a lack of direction. Bikes leaving the compound with error codes, stuff that should be sorted out prior to riding off the lot. Father in law was in for a 2 hour service appointment and was stuck sitting around the place for 7 hours! Something needs to change.

Showed up at Harley and was greeted by tons of the staff, was a very friendly and great atmosphere. Ebonnie helped me find everything I was looking for and gave my baby a little Harley hog stuffy while we were shopping. Thank you for being such a great help.

Banff harley went above and beyond to have the perfect item shipped to me in northern alberta (after a friend purchased the wrong one for me) very pleasant staff. Always stop in when we are in banff

The showroom is larger than most offering a variety of new and used bikes. They offer a large selection of clothing and all the harley swag

Not many places left to shop for a Harley! The staff is very helpful but do your homework before you go here bc I’ve experienced a few blunders from the parts dept.

Worst service experience ever. My wife and I both took our Harley’s in for their regular 8000 km maintenance. When we picked our bikes up BOTH bikes blew their dipstick caps off within a kilometre of leaving the dealership. We were told it was nothing more than a coincidence and our bad luck. Cost another $520.00 to fix this “coincidence”. We took this up with the General Manager who stood by our terrible luck and nothing could have happened during the service. He eve wen to far to suggest that since my wife and I ride a let together our “riding style” may have had something to do with our coincidence. Never mind my Heritage has almost double the mileage.
I will never set foot in this dealership again.

Can’t thank the team enough for helping us out, we trailered our Harley from Winnipeg to Calgary and had an issue when get got there. Eric and his guys managed to have a look at the bike on a day that they were absolutely slammed and although they didn’t have the parts we needed they searched and found us the parts in Medicine Hat, they called and set up the install for us to help get us into the mountains for some great riding! Not only a beautiful store but first class staff and service!

I took my motorcycle here for an oil change and I paid total of $250. I have a 2014 black spotster with all black engine with black oil filter. After the oil change the technician installed chrome oil filter without checking in with me. When i received my motorcycle I told them, I don't like how it looks so If they can please install black oil filter as before or atleast let me know before installing a chrome filter. The reply I got was that "You are the first one to complain and the oil filter color depends on availability and not on what customer wants" which i believe is very rude and unprofessional. You don't expect this type of service from a premium motorcycle company. The guy at the counter even said if you want a black oil filter order it from parts and there is nothing he can do. This is really disappointing and never expected this type of service from harley davidson.

Great inventory, Salesman, Finance and Parts department do not mess around. Me and 2 other friends were able to walk in and walk out with Harleys within hours. You guys rock!

I'll never deal with this place again. Parts department doesn't know what their carb rebuild kits contain and can't even source a simple o-ring. I should have bought a kit online. I would have got a complete kit instead of a 1/2 kit, and saved 50%. I'd give 0 stars but don't have that option.

Needed a 12v relay for starter relay. They said hey had one, went to purchase. Totally wrong item, I insisted mine was not what they showed me. They said this was the right item. Not even close but I must be mistaken.

Tom wild helped me today. Super informative and super helpful. He guided me through the range of bikes and then passed me on to a wonderful lady who helped me with info on types of jackets. As a total novice looking for a new bike, the spent the time to make it fun too. Even got a free burger lol. Tom sent me further info and even a riding school to help me. I will be back as soon as I decide to take that leap and get my first bike for next summers adventures.

My husband had wanted a Harley his entire life! We were told two places to visit Kanes and Harley Davidson. We were surprised to find out Kane took Harley Davidson off the floor, just in case your thinking of going there to purchase your Harley.

My husband connected with a man named Troy, Troy was excellent, with honest intentions, no sales pitch and straight from the heart, a solid guy!

Troy took care of us and all the steps to making this purchase one to remember.

We purchased lots of things needed for a first-time rider, and the sales representative in the store was incredible; she remembered our names and took care of us in a helpful but not sales kind of way, from sizes to checking stock to tips and advice. I honestly forgot her name; however, she had blonde hair and extremely friendly.

Our experience was one we will cherish as a first-time bike owner and a dream come true we could not be happier with the service we received and know we will continue to have.

Came in to the store for first time ever hoping to find a Father’s Day gift. Alison saw me struggling and was able to help me pick out the perfect gift just by looking at a photo of my fathers bike! Very lovely people.

I bought my 2020 Low Rider S from CHD this January after the motorcycle show. I do my homework and look for as much value for my budget as much as the next person. I dealt almost exclusively with Kat and I can't begin to express how patient and accommodating she can be. I had to walk away a few times to be sure this was the right deal for me and she was never frustrated or impatient. She's not afraid to say that she doesn't know a particular detail or spec on any given bike but will find out and let you know right away. She's a rider and understands your needs for life on two wheels.

After deal was done she made sure to introduce me around to the members of parts and service so that we could all put faces to names. The care and attention after the sale is just as important as the sale itself and I haven't been disappointed.

The staff are all great to deal with and there's no such thing as a quick stop for me anymore. I end up having at least three separate conversations on my way through the building. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CHD for your Harley Davidson needs and if you're in the market for a bike go see Kat! Honestly, you won't regret it.

Update! June 10th, 2021. So I'm on the way to work in the morning and I get a flat rear tire. I should mention that it was less than a week old too. So I get in touch with Kobi and he sends the gents down with a trailer to pick me up, get me back to CHD, then sets me up with a ride for the couple days it took for my replacement tire to be installed (FYI, I had it back next day).

I can't begin to tell you that this level of customer appreciation and service goes above and beyond anything I would expect. If this doesn't convince you that everyone at CHD is amazing, well, we just can't be friends.

I would have given more than 5 starts if possible, they do deserve it. Accommodating, understanding and helpful, and you feel it, I am so thankful to Harley Davidson. Gerry, the owner, he is an amazing person, Bob and Seamus both are friendly. I will recommend this dealership to everyone out dre who is looking for a bike or service, or any harley needs.

I just got my 2nd bike from Kat at Harley Davidson, and was blown away by the service, knowledge, and overall care she put into helping me find the perfect bike. She was easy to get a hold of when i had questions during the process, and very helpful connecting me with brad at the parts department to get the accessories i wanted. When i did pick up my bike the amount of detail they go into making sure the bike is 100%, clean and everything you wanted was unreal, the walk around the bike was very unexpected as i did not get anywhere near the experience i got at Calgary Harley-Davidson.

Just want to give a shout out to the amazing service I received lately from the care of Calgary Harley Davidson. I won a free three fluid change and when I went to claim it, they came out to my house (1hr 15min outside city limits) to pick up my bike. Once in there, they found out that there was a recall on my bike and they fixed the issue without any cost to me. They also found some moisture in my brake lines and sorted that issue as well. Have to say I am very impressed by the service as it went above and beyond what I could have imagined. Thanks all, you will be my go to dealership now.

Not one employee assisted us today, which was remarkable considering there was only 1 or 2 other customers in the store. No one said Hi, or Welcome. Everyone seemed to me more Interested in eachother or their phones. I have never felt so unwelcome in a Harley Davidson store until today. My Father and I used to love shopping at HD stores all the time. But I won't be back to this location. Their is always another dealership around.

I live in B. C.and I was looking for a new riding jacket and the particular HD jacket I was looking for was not available at any store in B. C.
I called Calgary Harley-Davidson and spoke to Allison who told me that she had every size available and I asked her to put a Large and XL aside for a few days until I could get out to Alberta to try them on and to make a decision if I was going to buy the jacket.
I went to Calgary Harley-Davidson a few days later and was greeted by Allison. She was extremely helpful with the fitting of the jacket and very knowledgeable and her customer service was superior. She was friendly and very helpful.
When I paid for the jacket I was surprised that she discounted the jacket by 10% just for my troubles of having to travel to Alberta to get the jacket I wanted. Allison really made the trip worth my while and now I have the jacket I have wanted for some time.

This summer we purchased through a private sale an FLSTN Softail Deluxe Anniversary and the riders I met that owned Harley's suggested that if I required service, Calgary H-D.would be first their choice. My wife and I had relocated to Calgary from out of province so the Alberta Harley dealerships were not known to us.

Their service (pick up & delivery) by “John” was outstanding in regards to his meticulous handling of both of our bikes (trike & two wheeler), due care and attention and very personable & funny…then Tiffany and I met Eric their GM. He is also very friendly, informative and a kool guy to chat with, Their parts & service assistant manager –John is very knowledgeable and cooperative. Then there is Matt. He is very outgoing, polite and diligent with his follow ups, resourceful and provided me with a high degree of comfort knowing that our bikes will be well taken care of for the winter storage-opted for the Gold package

Salesman was knowledgeable, Finance office could have provided more information on what was required to be brought / needed for paperwork prior to arrive at the dealership. Parts sales was not as helpful as other dealerships We've been to. The bike had a code once we left the dealership, we had to return and it was promptly taken care of, but the bike should have never been on the floor like that. Overall experience was pleasant.

10/10 experience. Recently bought a new to me Harley from Katrina here, she made the whole process smooth and easy, answering any and all question I had throughout the buying process, and doing it the whole time with a casual air of someone you are just talking bikes with. Purchased our first bike in 08 from Troy who had had given us no pressure sales. Worked with us on what we wanted and Now we have a 2018 Triglide and again no pressure sales just great service. We love the ride and Thanks again Troy. I recommend his sales service to all. Tami is also an asset to the company as she is also awesome in finance.

Bought a pre-owned road glide from Calgary Harley and the whole process was very unprofessional. Saying I wouldn't be charged for things I ended up being charged for. The day I picked up my new bike after spending near 30k there, nothing was explained to me. Air shocks had no air in them, Bike came with no keys or owners manual. Within a couple days I realized that when they did my bar job that the killswitch is non functioning so bike has to be started in neutral. Call service and they tell me it's a $600 fix. Yesterday while hours away from home, I was stranded on side of the road as the shifter shaft fully failed and now I have more expensive repairs. Thanks Calgary Harley.

I will never shop at this place again. I was dealing with a sales guy named Troy. Nice guy so it seemed. I looked around and kinda settled on a bike I liked. With some discussion we settled on a price and I made an offer. It was accepted and I wanted to take the day to think about it. Troy said he would hold the bike until the next day in “good faith” as he put it. So because I didn’t put a deposit down I understood that it was still up for sale and at the very least if somebody else made an offer I would be given first right of refusal. Not so. Shortly after closing I got a call from Troy that he sold the bike. To say the least I was disappointed. I felt I should have at least got call to inform me that someone else has made an offer and if I want the bike. Just a quick call. They just sold the bike without giving me any consideration. I will never shop at this place again. If that is their kind of “good faith” I want nothing to do with them.

Excellent dealership to purchase a Harley. The dealership met all my technical needs and were very helpful in assisting me to make sound decisions on both the bike and other accessories. The bike was delivered to my home by very professional representatives.
