Alyssa and Lang have been very helpful to me in doing my hearing aid care and hearing tests. More recently, Lang helped me choose hearing aids that felt right for me…very professional and much patience. Both ladies are very knowledgeable …personal care is given. I would recommend!

Recently we had my mother fitted for custom hearing aids at the Heritage Clinic. Lang and the staff at the clinic were more than accommodating. Lang was there trough out the whole process which involved a number of visits to the Heritage Clinic. All of our questions were always answered with professionalism. My mother is very happy with her new hearing aids!

Very professional and courteous through the entire process of hearing improvement after hearing loss. Testing was thorough, options were explained and my final choice of hearing aid type was easy for me to make. Recommended.

I had a great experience with Lang, she is very knowledgeable about hearing aids and she will recommend the best option based on your specific hearing level. She takes time to explain the difference between hearing aids and their technology levels and she will tell you why you need option "A" instead of "B". I never felt rushed.
Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for any kind of hearing services in Calgary.

I’ve just purchased my second pair of hearing aids from this store. The first pair lasted nearly twelve years, thanks to the service I’ve had. All the staff on this team are always very helpful. If I ever had a concern they got me in that day or the next, always sensitive to my work schedule, always cheerful and very invested in addressing my concerns and my hearing experience. I shopped around this time, because the expense of hearing aides is very high and I settled on purchasing at this store again. I had a hearing test elsewhere and came back again. Lang is brilliant at doing the audiology test and has set my hearing aides perfectly. She is always welcoming, gracious and very knowledgeable. She is very invested in ensuring the hearing aides work for my lifestyle and in my professional environment. I highly value the personal and professional services from this store, thus the investment was well worth it. Hopefully I’ll get another decade of use from the product and enjoy the trust, personal service and relationship I have with the team.

The staff and administration at this hearing clinic is amazing I wouldn’t look anywhere else. I went here about three years ago when I was diagnosed with a Cookie bite hearing loss ALYSSA was amazing and dealt with me with such patience and time with so many options and information what would be best for me and finally got me back to hearing again it was a life changer now Recently in beginning of January 2021 I had to get new hearing aids and met with LANG Do and she was amazing. When she was busy with appointments she made it to fit me in and make sure I was dealt with. She gave me so many choices and free trials to experiment with made sure I didn’t leave the office till I was satisfied and hearing my best took the time with me to make sure I knew how the hearing aids and accessories worked just great people and service! If you recently have hearing loss or looking for a new clinic I suggest this one hands down!

This place is amazing! I brought my 93 year old grandpa here and now he has no issues with his hearing, good as new. This is only possible by the amazing proffessional staff and service provided at this location.

The service has been very professional and their knowledge of product very helpful. I had hearing issue since childhood. In past I visited many ENT doctors and they suggest me to wear hearing aid, but I always ignore them as I did not feel comfort to wear hearing aid at young age. On first appointment she encourages and convince me to wear hearing aid. She explains to me that I need hearing aid and nothing wrong to wear hearing aid. Its like people wear glasses.
