High end store catered to a 300 lb 6 ft + biker in leather just for a watch battery They did notice every link was numbered (titanium). Coincidentally asked me to return anytime. I look scarier in a suit and tie lol.

Simone is the BEST!
I Walked in looking like a wet rat after work (in November huge snow storm.) Nursing scrubs on, smudged make up. Simone approached me very lovingly and asked if she could help me. I told her I need a watch for my fiancé. I knew what I had in mind but Simone offered to walk me through ALL the watches and gave me details on all the brands. She never asked “what price range, ” just walked me through all of them. I learned a lot! Great for future purchases
However when we got to the section I knew I wanted the OMEGA 007 watch… it was was sold out, not even on display. She did find me one! Which was great.
Then had issues with my bank card because of an unusually large amount, etc etc.
Nonetheless, Simone was unbelievable customer service. Did not judge the book by the cover. She made me feel very special and important no matter how I presented.
THAT IS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Also Calgary Jewelry, obviously, hands down best watch selection in the city.

I want to give a big thank you to Riley for his professionalism and knowledge to help me pick out my omega seamaster. He was more than helpful over my many visits to pick out the watch that will last me a lifetime.

Myself and my partner got our bands custom made here with Christina and we couldn't have had a better experience. We knew what we wanted and she didn't hesitate to spend the time with us to understand our designs, rework if needed, and make sure the process was seamless end to end. She is responsive in her communication and even when the manufacturer of my partners band (manufacturer was not Calgary jewelery) didn't do a good job the first time around, she made sure to hold them accountable and she took it upon herself to deliver the product that was promised to us. She is such a pleasure to work with and our experience was amazing!

Went there with my boyfriend to see engagement rings. Had very poor selection of ring and poor customer service. We looked around for 15 minutes and asked for help to try some rings on. Then was ignored. Will not be coming here again.

The best of the best. Store associates here are really helpful. Great selection of timepieces and other jewellery.

Multiple phone complains to the store, a 311 bylaw complaint made. What else do I have to do to get you guys to TURN OFF YOUR EXTERIOR TV’s AFTER HOURS. They shine so very brightly into my apartment, even with the blinds down they shine through and light up my entire apartment. I was told they were working on a way to dim them months ago. Theres virtually no foot traffic to advertise to from 6pm onward during the week for the sake of your neighbours please just set them to a timer or lower the brightness.

10 day return and exchange policy is such a fraud. They didn't even mention about it when I purchased it. Kinda feel like scam. I wouldn't buy here again

Poor and rude service. I brought an emerald sentimental ring there to have it enlarged. The person actually argued with me about it and how it would be impossible to do it. A friend recommended Studio Jewellery. Complete opposite service. Friendly and listened. The ring can be enlarged and ready next week for a reasonable price. Go there.

Cannot recommend enough! Best jewler in the city for ring removal, repair and resizing. Highly professional and quick, high quality work. Beautiful location and selection of new jewlery. Good parking behind the store too. I'll be back again for sure!

Great customer service and selection! All the staff are knowledgeable and takes great care of you as soon as you walk in.

Christina listened to my preferences and really took great care at helping me find the perfect piece to add to my collection. She was so patient with all my questions and there was no pressure to buy throughout the whole sale process. The pieces recommended were at a variety of price points.

Wow, there Jewelery is worthless and they don't look after their customers, don't stand behind what they preach. They don't have a policy to take back there expensive jewelry as a store credit after its worn, (not even for $5 bucks) their $6,000 ring is worth $50. Like a cheap used car dealer, drive off the lot, now its worthless. No Valentines Day sales.to high on themselves I guess. Pretty insulting.

We only discovered this fabulous fine jewelers recently. The premises are beautiful and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Father son day at Calgary Jewellery! My son age 16 wanted a Tissot PRX Powermatic that he paid for with his own saved up money. Dad picked up an awesome Speedy. Young Riley at CJ was a kind pro every step of the way in the process. Bernard was a gent and seems like a great boss.

Great overall experience, I ordered from Montreal, and Christina followed up through the whole process including updates on the delivery! I highly recommend the service from locally or ordering remote!

I was having an issue with my engagement ring bought at a different store and needed advice on size, and Calgary Jewellery was SO nice about it. They kindly helped me figure out my size and leave without being pushy or rude about the fact I wasn’t buying or even looking to buy there. I will be going back to buy wedding bands there because of how nice and patient they were!
