Extremely poor customer service. Placed an order for a case of lightbulbs in September 2021. They said it would be about 10-14 business days for the order to come in. Contacted them in November as I hadn't heard anything, and they said there are back orders due to Covid. It's now April and not a single bit of communication on their end regarding my order.

Tremendous service was helped by Soleil who made the transaction smooth and his knowledge and expertise was very helpful in getting me the product I needed in a timely manner. Product arrived safe and sound. I would highly recommend CLP for your lighting needs. Keep up the great work.
