À delightful, pretty and kind young woman assisted us today in purchasing a steak for our dinner tonight. A New York strip sirloin.
She indicated she had grown up in the business, (maybe in the family business)
My husband and I both commented that she was so friendly and knowledgeable about the meats. We are visitors from Georgia, and the welcoming atmosphere was greatly appreciated.
The steak was delicious!

The staff members are lovely, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have an excellent selection of meats and seasonings, especially for such a small storefront. You must try the in-house-smoked pork chops, they are a treat!

Wonderful Calgary butcher with amazing cuts of meat and friendly service! We wear their hat with pride and for the discount! We BBQ'd their rib steaks and bought some hamburgers too. We will be back.
