There was a manufacturers error that was addressed and solved very effectively. The dedication to high level customer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond in correcting the situation and making it more than right. We really appreciated their smiles and willingness to make us happy. Will definitely keep shopping at this location and highly recommend.

This location takes customer service to a whole new level! There was a misunderstanding between matte and flat, and they exchanged the paint without any fuss or hassle! They were so helpful with product recommendations, they really know their products! Will definitely go back, customer for life!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Stephanie on the purchase of some new window coverings after having all new windows installed. She was very helpful with the product and color selection and promptly came out to measure. The blinds arrived and fit perfectly and look fantastic in our space. We went with double roller blinds in the bedroom which add a lot of texture and warmth to the space while providing light/ privacy control.

We did a complete interior repaint and also changed our cupboards from a cherry to a white. We used all different kinds of paints from magnetic and chalkboard in our boys rooms to changing dark red feature walls to a vibrant orange and of course the cupboard colour swap was dramatic. We were very inexperienced when it came to this project but Jason and his crew were amazing every step of the way! From helping pick the perfect rollers to use for texture on the cupboards, delivering products during COVID shut downs and helping us to remove a spill on the carpet with magnetic paint, they were amazing. I will always use these guys for all my paint and finishing needs and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks Jason and crew!

Jason and the interior designer at Calgary North Decorating helped us to pick the perfect greys for our main-floor reno. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, as we were making our choices. We had shopped around and found it difficult to find a grey that looked great AND would be superior quality to last in our busy household. Ultimately, we chose overcoat for our fireplace mantel and Escarpment for the cabinets. We are thrilled with the look and so far, the paint seems durable! Thank you, Jason!

I'm my opinion, some of the best paint around. The price of paint has skyrocketed and this place is not exception. Best is to buy on sale or on overstocked items.

I called to ask about a specific product - they had good product knowledge and even texted me an image to ensure it was correct before I drove over to pick it up. Great customer service.
