It’s been about 6 years since I used this clinic for my pup. I was going through a divorce and starting a new career, this clinic was affordable and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend.

Quick efficient and my dog is healing and happy! Though nail trimming needs work, dog came back with blood over her toe area

Amazing place. They even called the day after to make sure my kitty was going good after their surgery

I use this clinic for vaccines and have had a spay done here previously. Great vet, great prices. Thanks for your care today with Crash, even when he was being a jerk. Appreciate you all!

Best vet, best people, they don't just give kindness and loving care to your pet. They really care about you.

They are supposed to send a confirmation email but I never received one and couldn't get through calling for 2 days. I left messages and received a voicemail the morning before saying if I didn't contact them by 2pm they'd be cancelling my appointment. But now they won't pick up. I've called 5 times.

The owner called me the morning of my cats surgery while I was on the way to complain about this review. She said I was unwelcome at her clinic as I "may not be happy with the final product". Why wouldn't I be happy with my cats surgery? The staff was able to help me and I'd have been happy to change my review after the appointment had everything gone according to plan, I had even offered to just swap it to a 5 right away, but according to the owner I had to understand what I did wrong which is absurd. I left the original up to show how not really upset I was, just wanted someone to contact me regarding my appointment. The owner was so rude and tried to scold me over the phone for 10 minutes before I hung up. Absolutely disgraceful owner, I would not trust your pets with these people. The comment of "if things don't go well" especially stood out to me. Bring your pets here if you dare.

Edit 2: We took our cats to Bridlewood Vet which is a fantastic clinic. I'd highly recommend going there instead.

Also the call back was not timely in any way and was after voicemails telling me my appointment would be cancelled automatically. Again a very poorly managed vet with an incredibly unprofessional owner.

Such an awesome clinic! We're so lucky to have a clinic that specializes in spays and neuters here! They took time to play and cuddle with my girl when I brought her in:). She didn’t even look back to see if I was coming with lol. Trimmed her nails and gave her the cutest cone:) And they phoned the next day to make sure she was ok!

I really can’t say enough about the team at the Spay and Neuter clinic. What an amazing group of people. So friendly and kind. Took such good care of my boy. This place is clean and organized and so much more affordable than all the other clinics. We will be back next month with our baby girl. Seriously, I highly recommend this place. 5star service and 5star hearts

I was treated like dirt here. Drop off was fine. I was supposed to get a phone call by 1pm to get an update on my dog as they were adamant on me picking him up by 2: 30pm. I left two messages and was finally called by about 2pm. I was spoken to with such disgust and disrespect. When I asked about extra charges the response was "I don't know, I'm just a receptionist". I simply just needed to know if I needed to send my friend more money when she picked him up. We were told if he was in pain to give him medication and then when the follow up call was done I was spoken to like a child a told I never should have given him medication. I've had other pets and not a single one has ever come back looking absolutely traumatized, so my faith in them handling my dog well is super low! Will never use this place again or recommend. You get what you pay for. ZERO STARS

They took wonderful care of my two kittens Jasper and Stitch. Brought them in to get neutered, the receptionist and veterinary assistants calmed my nerves and reassured me my pets were in good hands. They also clarified for me everything I had to do for at home care and my kittens were back to their normal happy selves within a day. Thank you!

I have a lot of pets so I've been to more vet clinics than I can count over the years, and this one's definitely the best. The care is thorough and complete, Dr. Knorr takes the time to explain things to you in a way you'll understand, and they're always open to answering questions. Prices are reasonable - better than most - and they don't push you into procedures or treatments you don't need. And the fact that they work with so many rescues and do such good for the community makes them my go-to clinic to recommend.

So I took my 2 male babies into the clinic to be neutered. I was very very nervous and I hated leaving them. But the clinic was awesome. I dropped them off at 8 and they were home happy with me by 2: 30. They’ve healed nicely. They hated the cones. Lol. As most kitties do. But they dealt with it. The clinic was fantastic when I called panicked a couple of times. Lol. As new mommies do. But they took the time to talk to me and make sure my babies were ok. I can’t say enough good things. My boys are now happy and healthy again. The spraying has stopped and the fighting has completely calmed down. I’m so grateful. Binks and Chewie are grateful as well. Lol.

Dr. Laina has been fantastic. Both visits I have gotten in with only a few days notice and her assessment of my cat was reassuring, clear and informative.

Costs were extremely fair as were the assessment of needs.

My dog was neutered and they did what they were supposed to do. They called us the next day to see how our dog was doing. That was appreciated.

The receptionist was extremely disrespectful, no customer service at all. If your doing customer service I understand there will be times you get frustrated but to put that on a client is extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment a couple of months ago and never received a confirmation email which every single place does, usually. People make mistakes or simply forget cause life can be hectic. At the end of the day this person has no idea what I am currently going through in my life so to receive a call with so much attitude was definitely not what I was expecting. She could of simply called and been professional reminding me of my appointment today, and I would of rushed over with my pet, but because she was extremely rude I do not feel comfortable dropping my pet off at a place where employees can’t control their anger. She should seek anger management and learn to find coping strategies if she feels like her job is too stressful. I’m sorry 5 people cancelled but after speaking to this women it makes sense. I would cancel as well after listening to her be so disrespectful. This is suppose the person that’s the centre of the business that everyone is seeing and talking to. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. After she treated me the way that she did I of course defended myself and let her know that she’s being rude which she didn’t like it which no one would so she then decided to hang up, very immature. Don’t treat others how you wouldn’t want to be treated.

Sadly, we had to put our very old dog Smiles to sleep. The staff were very compassionate during this difficult time. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Thank you.

I've read many wonderful reviews about this clinic but have never been. I'm rating on comments. I hope that's okay. My sons companion dog Lucy (13 yr old Bichon) has had her share of medical issues this past year. ($3000 to clear kidney infection and kidney stone) mainly with VCA. Recently, she's been diagnosed with a very bad gum and mouth infection. I don't make a lot of money and the antibiotics don't seem to be working. She's stopped eating and as of late sleeps more then 20 hours round the clock. I'm spent and heartbroken for both Lucy and my Son. Lucy is a beautiful sweet girl.she needs a few teeth extracted. Has anyone any knowledge of how much this might cost. I was quoted anywhere from $1500 up. I just spent $497 (just short of my wages for the week) in less then half an hour to be told this information at a local community vet, (Not VCA) What the heck. Please help

I have one of my cats neutered here and another one regularly checked here. They are reasonable on price and provide detailed patient history.

They did such a great job with our sweet girl. Kind and attentive service and competitive pricing. I was recommended by a friend and will continue to pass along the referrals!

I once had a decent experience here.
However now you can not ever get ahold of anyone at this office via phone and no one will ever return messages. It's extremely frustrating and just a let down.
However if you leave a bad review they will call you immediately and scold you and become very rude and defensive.
I was literally told that I have not been calling for months and leaving messages because it's their policy to return these said messages; I 100% can contest against that.
As someone who is an advocate for pets and anyone in related fields this was really just an awful experience.

We had to take our 7year old fury baby, in to be "put to sleep" today. The staff were very understanding and gentle, with us and our little buddy.
And we didn't feel gouged, while our hearts were breaking! Thanks guys!

They took awesome care of my puppy. I was stressed because he's very high energy and has seperation anxiety but they did excellent!

The receptionist that works here is incredibly rude and short on the phone. It surprises me that in a role that deals with animal patient and client care they would staff someone with such unbelievably poor service skills.

This clinic is fantastic. After having my large poodle-mix neutered there, I ended up switching vets. Thank goodness, because when Larry got kennel cough, Dr. Knorr was amazing! I brought him in shortly after he developed a dry cough - she gave the usual cough suppressant and told me what to look out for. Larry ended up getting very sick and needing antibiotics, but Dr. Knorr kept in touch with us via email and phone and made getting Larry better as painless as possible for both of us. All staff are dependable and ready to help! They just want to see our pets happy and healthy.

Extremely rude staff all around. Poor communication between the reception and veterinarian. We were triple charged for expired medicine and when we were given the correct medicine there was no apology for the mistake and were told to take it up with the bank about the triple charge. Every time we've dealt with the staff here, they have been very curt and unwilling to answer simple, necessary questions. I do not recommend ever visiting this clinic unless in dire need.

I only ever met the lady at the door. But this clinic saved my dogs life. Literally. She required emergency surgery, to be spayed to because she had pyometra. I was very nervous handing her off to them because my dog is my baby. BUT, all went well, their prices are incredibly fair. They did a follow up call to make sure she was healing well, and the person who called said that she was with my dog the majority of the day comforting her and making sure she was okay. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this vet. I have my second dog booked for a spay in April and will continue to refer all of my friends to this clinic.

Very friendly staff and very professional. Made us feel super comfortable having our dog spayed here. Would highly recommend and also their price was a lot better than the three other places we were considering

My lil puppers was taken in for a neuter and had 2 teeth pulled while under. I was kept informed once he came out of surgery. When I picked him up he was fairly groggy yet, but given 2 days afterwards he was up and about like nothing bothered him. I'm very impressed with the incision site and how fast he healed. Great staff, very friendly and informative. Thank you all!

Our kitten visited the clinic twice and we had great experience with the Dr. Knorr and her staff were very accommodating, kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

I will travel clear across town specifically to have my cats seen by the incredible staff here. They are quick, efficient, and most importantly friendly and caring. Five stars every visit!

Cat seemed to enjoy the experience, aside from the neutering operation. He made fast friends with the resident cats, but had mixed feelings about the vet. She developed better relations with him after a pawdicure. Cat could care less about the vet's follow up phone call the next morning, although his people appreciated it.
