Omgosh had to get parts for farm met the best parts girl! So helpful than needed a boost vehicular would not start a girl tech came out and boosted us just wonderful girls there thank you so very much

Jessica and Matt are great! Excellent service very knowledgeable staff and they always take care of my truck never had a problem will be coming back here again.

NOT recommended to go here for any work. They use a sneaky way of running up charges, charging much more than a job should cost.

Service dept is excellent to deal with, always keep me updated on any repairs and stick to their estimates. Always work to get us in and out quickly. They are a pleasure to deal with.
Parts dept always goes out of their way to help us out when we need any parts.
I highly recommend this dealer.

Hello My fellow truck owners. Never come to this place if you want to save your money. They’re all about ripping off truck owner Operators. Go to any other places in Calgary. Trust me on this one.

Awful over the phone customer service. Both from front desk and parts department. I called to ask for pricing, parts department was like "Oh well there's too many variations for the item you are looking for, sorry can't give you an idea of what pricing could look like. " VERY helpful, so then I asked if I can at least lookup the pricing on their website, to which he said yes. I looked on the website and couldn't find anything or pricing. I then called back to ask for help and the front desk just hangs up on me.

Maybe they should hire people that actually want to do their job? Literally something that could've taken them a minute to look up for me, ended up taking me several phone calls. Way to go Peterbilt.
