Incompetent Dealership just buy directly from the GVA Brands even the ceo Gary Zhong said they are the worst dealership he has.

Drove across the city. Wanting to look at scooters in person. None to be seen, it's a used car lot. Scooters are supposedly across the city at another Used car dealership. Not happy! I suggest calling before you go. Not pursuing this trail any further.

Please be careful buying anything from this company. I was trying to buy my son a Christmas gift from them. I bought the ebike they sent me a invoice and said they shipped it. After 3 weeks I emailed them and they said I need to give them $200 more for shipping. I said no thanks and asked for my money back and they refused. Poor customer service.
