I used Calgary Pro Movers for my move from Calgary to Okotoks. The crew (Toby, Sam and Brad) were all professional and they showed up on time.
They all worked hard and efficiently throughout the move. I was happy they were very careful with my items and they wrapped up everything with care.
I have used other moving companies in the past and this was by far the smoothest and quickest move I have had.
I was thoroughly impressed with them and I will definitely use them if I move in the future!

Toby, Sam & Kirrian were literally amazing. They packed, moved and assembled our furniture from our 4 story apartment that did not have an elevator. When they say one day they mean it. Our move was by no means an easy one and they did it in what would have taken us weeks. None of our belongings were damaged and they came prepared with bixes, blankets, carpet runners, tape. They disassembled and re-assembled our furniture as well. Definitely, Definitely hire these guys they did a fantastic job. We were blown away. If you do not have time to move at all these are the guys to hire.

This is the best moving company in Calgary. We’ve used them on 3 separate occasions and the teams are all wonderful. They HUSTLE - no time is wasted, and they’re expert packers - no dings, nicks, scratches or damages to our walls or the items.

We have used Calgary Pro Movers 3 times, and every move has been a success. The Owner is easy to deal with and is understanding, even when let’s say an additional truck is needed on short notice. The men themselves that come out are very capable, and make they sure your belongings are safe and loaded efficiently. These gents have disassembled and reassembled beds etc, and they pay attention to detail. Some additional information on the guys we’ve dealt with, they are professional and yet very approachable. We have a great deal of respect for these guys, they work very hard and yet continue to have a sense of humor as they work. We consider these guys family and wouldn’t hesitate to call Calgary Pro Movers in the future. Great job guys!

Both of the movers were excellent and I am grateful for their help in moving to my new place. They were professional and had no issue setting up and moving everything where I needed it to be. The workers were super pleasant to work with, but that’s about the extent of the positives.

Very disorganized, seemed lost at times. I had to step in and start taking over the move just to make sure we could finish. Ran about three hours over.

During furniture assembly, they broke a river on my table, marked up the freshly painted wall and couldn’t finish the work without leaving.

After they left, noticed a huge scratch in our wood dining room table and leather couch.

When it came to billing, they called their boss Charles who tried to build in an extra hour.

Got a call from their issues manager Mark Anthony who was kind and offered to help. He was empathetic and offered to help. Was supposed to call me back on the following Monday but yet to receive the call back weeks later.

They were delayed due to unforeseen circumstances starting my move, but they let me know their progress and were efficient, friendly, respectful, and careful

Professional, efficient, and excellent communication. I booked a move with Calgary Pro Movers on July 10 for three movers. Flat rate of $170/hr (whole move totalled 5.5hrs). The movers came on time and started to get down to business after checking the house and reviewing its contents.

They were consistently moving and didn't waste time in getting the work done. All the movers were very attentive to the instructions given to them. They informed me of any existing damages to some of our things before moving them; nevertheless, they still moved everything with as much care as possible.

Upon getting to the new house, the movers managed to improvise their unloading as the concrete by our garage was unluckily just applied an hour before we got there. Nonetheless, they managed to figure out how to park their truck and unload our things as quickly and efficiently as possible.

A big shout out to Toby, John, and JB for their effort in moving around our stuff. They are very strong individuals and would love for them to come move for us in the future if need be.

Thank you to Charles for being punctual and professional with communicating with myself and the movers.

These guys live up to their name. No damages occurred to either old or new house. 10/10.

Mike and Nick: amazing guys who helped in moving things to our new home. Great company. Would recommend to any one who want to move their homes.

Worst movers I have experienced. I was booked at 1 pm up to 4 pm and they arrived at 6 pm! I called many times the office and nobody answered calls until later that I was able to chat with somebody and told me they were experiencing delays. The movers arrived tired and grumpy, they didn't wrap mattresses or anything to move my stuff. Last but no least we finished at midnight, they only accepted cashed and never told me. They threaten me to take my stuff until I was able to get cash from the ATM. I got full price even though me and my kids we moved all the boxes and other stuff because they were really tired and rude.

Movers were on time, friendly and professional. Deducted one star due to blankets used to wrap some on my stuff left black dirty marks all over. It was not noticeable until I started cleaning and wiping things off.

These guys were so great, I’m so glad we hired them. Mike and Zack were super cheerful despite all the heavy lifting and loads of work. They were polite, helpful, and super accommodating.
10/10 would recommend.

We hired Calgary Pro Movers and they did a great job. The move was big with many heavy items and they worked long and hard with a great attitude and very professional.

Mike led a team that moved my family locally. Mike was great, on-time, good communication, and very good a fitting items in the truck. There were some significant problems but Mike and Charles were able to resolve them. Thank you, Mike and Charles for your professionalism.

The person who answered the phone didn't know how to do her jobs. Gave me the wrong quote. Insisting that cost $3000 to move 200km away. When all other companies gave me a quote of $1500.

The guy on the phone was super rude, would barely listen to my explanation of moving and was going to charge me for 3 hours + travel time although their website mentioned free travel time. Definitely turned me off from this company - if you want people to hire you get a better person to answer the phones that isn’t rude!

Very professional, and treated all our belongings with care, wrapping everything nicely and putting down runners on the carpets. Took a little longer than I expected but I think we had more stuff than they expected, so we're even:) Everything arrived safe and sound.

I decided to go with another company since they were rude when giving a quote.

The response from the owner is even worse. I didn't say a date or request anything way to lie your way out of a paper bag. Now I'm going to report you to the better business bureau.

Such a great experience. They made moving considerably convenient and stress free. The 2 men who moved us were fast, on time, kind, professional and knew what they were doing!
