Today I had the day tour to Banff and Yoho National Park. It was great. Very well organized. Sami was a great tour guide, I couldn't have asked for a better one. He was interested in everyone. Great recommendation!

In this summer time, I had very happy time with Calgary Tour, especially I remember Jess, Alan and David, they are all good tour guides, also I really appreciate driver Gary, John and Barry, very friendly group of people. I will go travel again with this company in the future.

Wow, the driver which driving work for #531 on July 29,2023. He speaking well with English and native language, but he would likely speaking official language to international tourists, he was lie and framed one person’s with “7 mins later with tail” this is what I heard in my first day with tour bus. So if your decided coming and make reservations, please do not forget take video and photos in lobby. Make sure you guys have same clocks. If you select bilingual, please asking them first only speak one or more than ones. Whatever you pay how much money, they will looking your race and age to judge how to communicate show his morals with you. When “ later 7 min trail directly go and ask why you said I am late? “ The driver said I never said that! And running in a hurry. At the same time the tour conductor said the driver feel terribly ashamed. C’est une chose

Got my JR Pass here and it was quick and simple. Just note the pass expires 3 months after you purchase it.

I booked the daytrip Drumheller tour and was pleasantly surprised. The shuttle is air conditioned and comfortable, and it's a convenient transportation option to hit up all the attractions/ points of interest in Drumheller. It was thorough and very organized, yet felt neither rushed nor drawn out at each stop - Just the right amount of time.

My guide was very friendly and professional, and a good driver. The only nitpick I had is his English was a bit broken so I couldn't understand some of his stories/explanations, but that wasn't a big deal.

Overall I definitely recommend booking this trip! Also - wear good shoes because there will be a couple desert hiking spots (at the hoodoos and badlands outside the Royal Tyrrell).

Today we enjoyed very much our tour to Banff led by Sammy, he is super friendly, knowledable & professional.we give him a 5 star service. We highly recommend him if any one would book this tour.

Jesse was an amazing tour guide, full of energy and did a fantastic job explaining the attractions! I did the lake Louise and Morraine lake tour and quite enjoyed it, largely due to Jesse and the good bus driver. The mandarin translation in addition to the English was a nice touch!

I had some troubles booking a tour and I called the agency. They were kind of rude. I have been on the phone trying to explain the issue and the employee already seems exasperated after 30 secs. I will do the tour in a few days, I hope it will be a better experience

We had an excellent experience joining the 2 days Banff tour. The tour was on time and comfortable the whole way. We are especially thankful for Homer dropping off the jacket we left in the car in a speedy manner! Thanks for the team work and looking forward to the next experience!

We enjoyed the lakes, but their service could be a lot better. The bus arrived 25 minutes late, and we arrived back in Calgary almost 1 hour later than planned. Keep in mind that you might not find anything to eat during lunch time when Lake Louise is full, as the hotel closes restaurants for guests only, and Calgary Tours will not tell you that. Interestingly at the end of the tour, they go from seat to seat collecting a $10 gratitude per person. They say it’s optional but they expect you to do it saying they use that to pay the driver. The price of the tour should cover all your expenses, and tipping is extra. Don’t coerce people to tip when service is just okay, and even worse, don’t suggest the tipping value.

Wonderful experience and highly recommend this company to everyone who’s looking for a tour.

I booked two tour packages from Calgary via Viator and Trip Advisor. Ended up staying downtown Calgary which was a 6-7 minutes walk from the Ramada pickup point.

The guide Jesse is very good and the bus driver Garry is very nice. Jesse was very communicative and gave tips to maximize the experience on all the stops.

Didn’t get the lunch at Lake Louise, the guide pantry had ok options. Better to pack lunch or get a takeout with you for lake Louise.

Highly recommend buying Gondola tickets through them as it’s hard to get the tickets depending on the crowds.

For US travelers please keep $10 Canadian cash for gratuity per passenger as they only accept Canadian cash.

The administrative staff replies to your inquiries within 24 hours. Driver is on-time for airport pick-up. Tour guides Sammy, Jesse and Allen and all drivers are professionals, knowledgeable, accommodating with good sense of humour. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Booked the one day tour to Lake Louise and we really have a great time. We thought to rent a car and drive there first but with the shortage of car rentals going on we decided to join the tour instead and I'm so glad we did. Everything was well organized and we saw many beautiful lakes. It was stress free and well run. Tour guide was amazing and vet informative. Just make sure to pack a lunch if you are not buying the lunch package at Lake Louise as the options are very limited and pricey. Highly recommended overall! Thanks Calgary Tours.
