I've been coming here for years to get my exams done. The doctors are always so friendly and professional. Definitely a great place to get your eye needs met and there's a lenscrafters attached so added convenience!

I recently took my girlfriend for an appointment with an optometrist. After being brought to the back, she waited for more than an hour (close to 75 minutes) without anybody coming to see her.

Finally, I asked somebody at the front desk what was going on and only then did somebody start the exam process.

After doing some preliminary tests, she then had to wait another 15 minutes for the optometrist to finally come in only to say that everything was fine.

Not sure if this was part of it but while she was waiting to see somebody she overheard staff talking in the back saying that the optometrist had gone on lunch break.

If that's the case, but really even if that wasn't the case, this experience showed a serious lack of respect for a client's time and/or terrible time management on the clinic's part.

I will say that the staff working the front counter are friendly, so there's that. But that's about it.

Have been a patient for many years. Have always experienced a happy environment as soon as I walk in the doors. All staff from the front desk staff to the doctors are amazing, kind, helpful, happy, and understanding. I will continue to come to Calgary Vision Care and would always recommend it to everyone! Thank you to everyone at Calgary Vision Care for being there for me and my family!

The reception is super friendly and helpful. The doctors here are thorough and nice. Eyes get check over well and they explain every test and go over the results with you.

The staff is always friendly and quick. Very patient with the kids. Through and informative.

My kids usually went here and they loved it here.friendly doctors and staff.they are very patience with children, very knowledgeable and cater with family’s needs in case of emergency. My other child has Myopic eye condition and they are taking care of her the right way that it doesn’t progressed.

My husband went here today dec 27,2022 for his red eye and now we have the answer on what is happening.we were with other optical with his eye a month ago and nothing changed and the condition was not determined.

The front desk staff are very polite and respectful. They also send reminders for appointments which helped keeps me up to date for my appointment.

My first time here and i love tha staff very nice, accomodating and friendly. The doctor who checked my son's eyes very nice. She's not forcing him to do something and do other way to be able to check my sons eyes. Book your appointment here in calgary vision care inside crossiron mall they are very nice.
