This shop has beautiful flower arrangements however my friend was not allowed flowers in his unit. The owner Hiafa worked with me to find a cheery arrangement of balloons anchored by a stuffed animal. This shop has alternatives to flowers. Hiafa is a pleasure to work with on finding a suitable gift. Very satisfied and the shop is located right in the Peter Lougheed for fast service and quick delivery.

What can I say about Hiafa and her flowers. Not only is she amazing at what she does but she goes above and beyond to make you happy and satisfied with your purchase. Hiafa has made two arrangements for me and I didn't have any complaints. I was far from unsatisfied. It showed she made them with love and she took her time. I got surprise flowers from my Mum who ordered from here, but they came with some plants that were pretty toxic to cats. Fortunately, Haifa was very accomodating and allowed us to swap for a new plant arrangement that would be safe for our cat! She even went above and beyond and remade it entirely!
Haifa let us know when it was ready and was understanding when we went to pick it up two days later. Great customer service, and all done with no extra cost.

Very nice place, the ladies in there made it super easy and gave a special graduation stick in the flowers as well. I would really recommend this place for sure.

I ordered flowers for Haifa originally for my grandmothers funeral. There were exactly what we asked for and worth the money. The flowers were fresh and long lasting, we spent $400 on the urn ones from the funeral home and they were dead same day where Haifa’s lasted for 2-3 weeks after.

Recently ordered flowers again for a coworkers 40th work-aversery and we are suppling the vase and Haifa was great about me dropping it off and pre paying etc.

This place has amazing customer service and awesome flowers.
