The young women working here are very unprofessional, unkept and the young one with the mole on her face has a very unpleasant odour. Won’t be returning.

Whenever I come here the people are really, really nice! They always help me out. Sometimes the workers are way at the front of the store, but I just ask them for help and they come right away. Love shopping here for shoes and purses.

Other than that though, they need to fix their online hours. I came on Sunday at 4: 57ish and the doors were locked. After a call with them they informed me that they close at 5 pm. On Google and the Call It Spring website their hours say they close at 6 pm on Sundays. The woman on the phone said that they were really sorry and they are trying to change the hours on Google. She was kind on the phone, and answered after their closing hours:) Anyways, I thought it was a recent issue but reviews from 6 months ago say that the store said they close at 6 pm when it's actually 5 pm. They REALLY need to fix that because people are driving all the way to the store only to find out the hours are wrong. I drove there just to go to the store only to find out it's closed. The hours issue is the only reason for 3, and not 5 stars

Laughably, out of 5 people working, there were only 2 people shopping in the entire store and it was such a hassle to get anyone to help us retrieve our sizes. They were crowded over a cell phone reading a review recently submitted which they all recalled from the day prior. Not surprisingly, the review was about the trash service received. The store has been such a hot mess every time we've gone in, disorganized, unfriendly staff, and we end up leaving to go to DSW.

Best place to buy stylish and trendy footwear at a reasonable price. Must visit place for people who don’t care much about brands.

The staff has no manners whatsoever. No sense of what customer service is and how their job is entirely based on customer service. Their conversations with each other or maintaining and unprofessional attitude is apparently more important to them then helping customers.

I had an online order and chose this store for pick up. After 3 weeks and no news I checked through their website which said my order was ready for pickup. Went to store and I have to say the customer service was pretty bad. I was told the order was NOT ready and I have to call the corporate. Called the corporate and waited 45 minutes to speak to agent and was hung up on. Called the second time and waited another 45 minutes and was finally able to make sure that my order will be available for pickup at this location. Went for the second time and finally got my order in a not so new box. Pretty bad experience for this company and this store specifically.

I had the worst experience at this location today. I been here once before. I saw the manager arguing to a customer about not entering the store and locking the store from inside. I had no problem that time.

But today I went there with my partner. As we went in store and started looking shoes together. Another customer and manager herself came close to us. But other than accepting her mistake she started giving me lecture like *KAREN*. Please stay 6 feet away from me don’t go close to any customer.

I was shocked and left the store and didn’t argue because there were more customers in store. But i was surprised that how being a manager she is providing such a bad service. No wonder I see more bad reviews about store and customer service recently.

Probably won’t go while she will be there or I if I go I would tell her personally.

I have the worst experience with the store over here. Firstly no customer service one of the employee over there, "wish she had a name badge so i could put down here". She is so Rude, Arrogant, over confident and doesn't even know her products they are selling. First time, we went there we told her about the discounts on bag and she literally just said i know better i have never seen any discount on bags and it cannot be true. We showed her online and other franchises still she refused to accept it. Second time, My wife had to make one return she ordered online and it took more than 2 months to come so we didn't needed it anymore. We showed her the online bill and reciept which clearly had the discounted price and everything on it. She wasted 1 whole hour figuring out the math. She even stopped her co -workers which were going to help us in returing the product. She jumped in and took over that it is not right. I mean she couldn't help and she didn't let others help as well. We got frustrated and left the store. In whole time she kept saying it won't take much longer that she just figured how to do it and next moment no its not the right way.

Super friendly staff and so crazy helpful. I'd put some shoes on hold (last pair in that size within the whole company!) and once I got there got side tracked by all of the beautiful boots they have on display. One of the girl there brought me out a few different pairs she thought I might like (which I did) and then was super helpful as I was trying on the shoes I'd set aside.
I'll definitely be back not just for the cute shoes but for the really comfortable service they give there.

I don't know why the need 4 person working if anyone can't help the one customer in the whole store all the employees busy at the front in talking if it would be a 0 star I will gave them.suck service

So we went into the store at 8: 30 PM which gives you a half an hour till closing during weekdays. We enter the store and we see that people working there have friends over who are roaming the store at first but then gathering up at the cashier desk for chit chat. We did not mind as we browsed and picked up a style we like to try. We called for help but they did not paid us attention, and carried on with their chats. We decided to go up to the cashier desk to get help and lady tells us that they don't have our size and went back talking to her visitor friends again. We went to put back the shoe on display rack and about to head out when we noticed that girl has locked the main doors. Its 8: 45 PM, still 15 mins to close and she did not notice that the customers were still inside the store. We asked to be let out and they locked the store behind us 15 mins earlier. I am not sure if they had an emergency or something to close early. But as we were leaving the visitor friends were still inside and running around the showroom. It was just weird experience in terms of customer service.
