Callingwood Bottle Depot

Literally the worst bottle depo ever. Unimpressed. They were rude and ignorant. Gave dirty looks and has terrible customer service I was treated like trash.

I went today the machine is cheating that machine not counting properly. Don't go this location.

I have made so many friends and family come here. They're honest and quick and efficient. Been to several bottle depots around town and this is the best. Will drive out of my way to go here.

I have been to this place many times as I help people in the area. They are updating with conveyors and starting to become quicker with processing and card payouts.

The Callingwood bottle depot is great! They are fast and they have cool machines that are fun to look at. They also have a nice place to wash your hands after your empty your bottles. I had a great experience here.

This place is not honest in counting We experiences it yesterday one older middle age Indian man deal with us I received 14$ in return instead of 21-22$ this is not our first time we always come here and we know the predictions counts but yesterday was really shocking us that this place start to cheat! Owner check your workers

Bad customer service, the person who count my bottles by hand lost count many times cause he was talking to others at the same time and I lost 50% of the money

Location smells, floor is dirty and sticky.unfriendly staff. Long wait times. Staff do not count correctly. Very loud machines. Out of order hand dryer and sink to wash hands is dirty and out of soap. Go to windermere instead!

One of the worker there has no experience at all. I took a hole of juce glass bottles today and he said they do not accept them and asked me to throw them in the garage. And when i told him that i always bring juice glass bottles he immediately said no.

Been going here for about 10 years now but I went there today and I see that they have all automatic counting machines. I told the guy that I've been crushing my pop cans to save space and have been doing this for years and was told that it's easier to count this way, but he tried to use the counter and was not able to use it so his supervisor told him to do something else and got a nice friendly girl to count the cans for me and she said that it's easier and faster than the counter and my 3 large bags came to 105.15 so I keep the hundred dollars and gave her the change. I've got 3 more bags at home!

Open early so that's convienient.the staff cannot count though.pretty sure I get ripped off on glass bottles everything I go here! Time to drive a little further and go to reputible location

Always friendly and try to keep everyone orderly.

They move pretty quickly and have some automated counters now that really help move things along
