I had my acl and meniscus reconstructed yesterday. As this is my first injury ever, I have little to no idea how the rehab is supposed to look like. Through CALMEDI I rented a cold therapy unit for my knee as it’s crucial to keep it iced for the first 72 hours. Initially, I was feeling confident in my rehabilitation as I’ve heard the cold therapy unit does wonders to suppress the pain. That is until I went to use my cold therapy unit to find they did not supply me with the power cord. I had to use make shift ice bags for the first night which left me in excruciating pain. Very very very upset especially since renting it for one month is either $75 or $95.

The staff is super friendly, very helpful and they listen to my concerns. I have called a few times and they have been happy to help me with my many questions, and were very accommodating in store. Thanks again!

Should be zero stars.called on phone regarding air mattress in stock as I need it right away, asked me to the check item online and the price was lower then the one they quote on phone.then they asked me go on in and they will honor the price online. After checking everything out and confirm the purchase, they changed their mind and said the price is wrong! From $2295 to $3000! I was going to spend another $3600 for a hospital bed as well.take your money else where, because they can just change the price to whatever they want and wont sell it to you.they also blame me that i am taking advantage of them! They are the one that recommended me the item.stay far far away

Needed a medi-chair for a ongoing back issue. Amin very helpful.i went there a few times to ensure my choice of chair would work for me. Staff took time to answer all my questions/concerns. Good on-site inventory to choose from regarding colour choices. Delivery was prompt and professional

Wonderful service. It’s a tiny shop but they are super knowledgeable and kind. They ordered a thumb brace in for me as Amazon wanted twice the price for the same product, took a week but they called me right away. They also got me to try on a few different types of braces that I wouldn’t have considered otherwise. Bonus: super cute service dog

Rachel and Shania are a delight to rent from. Super organized, helpful, sympathetic and warm. The items we collected were in tiptop shape. Highly recommend reaching out to them for any medical equipment rental needs.
