I always think before writing a review like this as it will impact somewhat to the business but this corporate business has to have good management at least, Manager whose name is Mark I am not sure if he lied to me or not, but he needs to work on his skills, he is very rude, he sounded like rude and behavior was the same too. If someone is picking up 2 more clothes from the pile up and comes to you to say sorry for that still you disrespect them and tell them bluntly in front of family? Every family man will feel insult and thats what I felt, this guy looks like does not have family or does not know how to behave in public when dealing with families who is coming together to make purchase. Absolutely disgusting guy to make a comment about, very rude and racist who finds Indians are cheap people. But he is not aware of it as he is dumb from mind and eyes too.

I was shopping for my partner and was in need of assistance and Emily was very helpful and polite in assisting me in all my questions. As well as the cashier was very polite I would highly recommend others to shop here. 5 stars!
Very bad customer service. The lady on the till was talking on the phone, the duty of the customer service representative is if the customer is there she should have attended us or she should say wait few minutes but instead ignoring us she went to the other till talking on the phone, then the other guy saw what she did, noding his hand he came to us and helped us with our payment. He knew it too what happened.
Went for a shopping today. Collection was fabulous and the prices were so genuine. They gave me additional 10% off for subscription. Staff was so polite and cooperative. Definitely go there and try their fresh collection soon.
I disappointed today because i am regular costumer on this store last many year and i resaved email for 25% discount and when i went at store manger said this is only 11 am to 1 pm only 2 h and she denied and after i have to go Banana Republic i spend approx. $350 today waste my time with CK email.this is not good for CK we have other store with better price and quality
This location has horrible customer service.i have went in there twice now and received horrible customer service. The frontline manager didn't allow me to talk to her boss along with didn't take my name and number down to give me a call later. Guess Calvin Klein hasn't figured out a customer is more valuable then a few purchase returns
Suprisingly, they had great deals on shirts for work ($25-$32). It also helps that the sales tax here in Alberta's 5% compared to 15% back in Montreal.
Today I went to this store. I took a sport bra and a shirt and short to try. At the fitting room a Chinese guy asking me to take my shopping bag? Because I can bring my shopping bag in the fitting room? ! Never feel so insulted. So I was like ok where you gonna put my shopping bag because I have a 300$ flat Iron on it? He say in the back. Once I finish to try my clothes I was looking for my shopping bag and my shopping bag was in the middle of nowhere in the back without nobody to take a look. What is this weird operation? I go shopping on holt rentfrew and other expensive store and nobody ask for you bag? Very insulting this is the first store ever asking me for my shopping bag in all my life. I will never go there again. Never never. And when I was looking around nobody came to ask me if I was ok. Very bad customer service.
I was surprised by the deals and selection. You don't have to go to Winners for cheap prices. Even there regular prices were reasonable. Good find. I'm going back tomorrow!

Me and my husband love to shop here.they used to have a good and reasonable price, good customer service. BUT today we went there (july 8th, 2017-around 11: 25 to 11: 35am) and I had a very bad experience with the staff (male) he was very rude! The previous staff are really nice and pleasant. I asked him in a nice pleasant way to help me reach the bag from the shelf, when he gave the wrong one I said "no its the other one beside it please. And in a rude way and loud voice he said "because you said its the other one. You should have said the other one. " and he walked away and still telling me from far away with a loud voice and rude way that i pointed the wrong one.i was shocked! And the other lady customer was surprised too with his attitude towards me. And the salesperson guy walked away going to the backroom. Not a really good customer service. I wasnt able to buy anything in that store because i felt bad after. Nobody should be treated that way in any store or as a person. I hope the management would train how to treat people. And the other salesperson #3333 was just as rude as him, she was giggling after what had happened.
Super disgusting quality stuff than Costco Calvin Klein I bought 3 tshirts and in a month I found all torn and found holes in them Surely not a real Calvin Klein Super Disgusting Can't even return but will never buy anything from there rather use the bay or Costco for same brand The tshirt at this store is $79 can be bought at Costco for $19
I buy a lot of my clothes here, since they often have pretty good sales, and the clothes are quite good. I have noticed though that they sometimes increase the base prices of products before the deductions for the big sales, which is frustrating, but I assume many stores do this.
