My sales experience at Cam Clark ford was exceptional. From the initial inquiry to the final purchase Natalie was straightforward, polite, and accomodating. I was able to utilize the xplan discount in a market where many other dealers were not honouring incentives at all. Henry in the business office was also very accomodating, friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend Natalie, Henry, and Cam Clark ford to anyone interested in a new ford.

Escape went into garage on time but, for some reason, the person on the desk delayed asking me if I wanted new lug nuts. However once he asked me, and explained why I needed them, then the job proceeded.

I have been dealing with Cam Clark Ford for 25+ years. I have purchased all my trucks from Cam Clark. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Kristine Simmons was always very knowledgeable, professional, and made my financing, and selection, a breeze.
Khan Ung always made sure that I was getting the best price on my new vehicle purchases, and a fair price on my trade ins, and my lease payouts.
I recently purchased some accessories for my F-150 and had the pleasure of dealing with Waylon Green in the parts department. He took the time to explain the different options, and his recommendations that would be the best fit for my truck.
I had my truck booked in for the installation of my accessories. Bobbie-Lynn Bondy was awesome and was able to get me into the shop for the install the very next day.
Melissa Lynn Osborne was my service adviser. She arranged for a customer shuttle to pick me up and to take me home. She kept me informed of the status of my truck and made recommendations for the best service results. She was able to have the mechanics complete all the service on my truck in record time. The shuttle picked me up and took my back to the dealer. The driver Sel was professional and courteous.
I highly recommend Cam Clark Ford for all your vehicle purchases, parts and service.
** Update**
Had the truck in for service to replace the 12v console plug. They diagnosed the problem and found the part I needed in Edmonton. I had to return the next morning where they replaced the receptacle while I waited. Another great service experience.

Just avoid at any cost. I bought with ford several times because Boyd was amazing to deal with, since his retirement I have no positive remarks about Cam Clark Ford. Unless you want parts to disappear and the drop thousands with no resolution your better off to pay NAPA, at least when you spend the money there they actually fix your vehicle.

My entire family drives a ford, in fact our entire farm is Ford and I completely love my Ford product, however the service team at Cam Clark Ford Airdrie has lost my trust.

I went to Cam Clark ford to get my winter tires changed over on my Explorer ST from my summer tires (on rims) to my winters (off rims-using same rims from summer tires). Not only did it take them 2.5 DAYS to complete my tire change, which I had a confirmed appt in advance, my advisor Melissa told me it was going to be $260.00! I was seriously shocked as this is my 3rd winter with my vehicle and I have never paid that (have always had ford put my tires on). She claimed it was because I had low profile tires, so they charge more for this kind of thing. I became rather upset as to why this was not even communicated to me when I was quoted a different amount. Melissa assured me that this is just what Cam Clark charges. I hung up and had a co-worker call Cam Clark Ford Airdrie service department and pretend to request a quote for a winter tire swap on MY EXACT vehicle and was told $170.00! My co-worker even asked if it was more for low profile tires and was told, no that this did not change the price. I then called around to Maclin Ford, and advantage ford to see their prices and sure enough $170.00 for winter tire swap. I was told by both dealerships that I was being ripped off. I think this is absolutely disgusting to be doing to people. If your service department cannot give proper quotes, they should not be giving them. Also, would be interested on an explanation as to why your dealership charges double the amount for a winter tire swap than most Ford dealerships.

I feel like not only was I ripped off and LIED to, but you guys completely took advantage of me with 0 remorse or attempt to rectify the situation. Be aware people that you are not being overcharged at this dealership.

I was told in July (2023) that I would need new winter tires for the upcoming season. I know we specifically spoke about winter tires, as I thought *I only have a few months to get funds together*. I bought new winter tires as I was told. I dropped off my car and received a phone call asking if I wanted to put these tires on because the current tires were "still pretty good, " I said I was asked to buy new tires and that they needed to go onto the vehicle.

When I went to pick up my car, I was told the all-season tires needed replacing, not the winter tires. My current all-season tires could last throughout 2024 - so why would someone tell me I need new tires in 2023 (two years in advance) ? The new winter tires are now on my vehicle, and I could have returned the these winter tires to Canadian Tire for my $900 refund. I was told I should try to sell them on Kijiji or FB Marketplace for $600.

This is the first time I have been severely disappointed with the service and the only thing they could offer me was $50 off storage, and I am now $900 out of pocket.

My partner and I will be looking to upgrade our vehicle in 2024, and I don't think we would consider Ford now.

Recent visit in quicklane with my f150 & explorer customer service Zack & Dustin
are excellent! Nathan the technician was also great. Room for improvement time wise needs improvement my f150 was 1 hr behind the scheduled appointment before it was started. Other than that everything was great! Just honest comments here nothings personal!

My experience of ending one lease and starting another one on a new escape was absolutely the best. I love, love love my Ford Escape. Sales lady Natalie Appleby (Airdrie) is absolutely wonderful.very professional, and so knowledgable about everything. I would highly recommend giving her a call and have her help you towards a car that suits you. As sales people go, she knows her stuff, is not at all pushy. She is the ultimate experience in car shopping.

Got into the quick lane as a walk in on Saturday, they were quick busy with appt for tire changes etc I just needed an oil change. While waiting I browsed the new inventory and relaxed. They provided details of the inspection and service work very pleased as usual

I DO NOT RECOMMEND CAM CLARK FORD IN AIRDRIE. READ ENTIRE REVIEW.
Purchased a 2016 Ford Focus, my third Ford from Cam Clark in Airdrie. Transmission overheat warning came on so I dropped the car off at cam clark ford in Airdrie. I was told that several codes popped up on the computer and I needed $4400 in internal transmission parts plus another $1000 for the controller. Then they made me an as is trade in offer on another vehicle for $1500 trade in value for my car. This offer came after I recieved several emails from Cam Clark Ford since I purchased the Focus of which the last three offerred me $18000 trade in value. I asked for a quote for the work and was told no problem but did not recieve the quote.
After that experience I took my car to My Garage where the Mechanic trouble shoot took a very short time to determin one bad electric clutch actuator. Cost to replace $1000.
I will never do business at Cam Clark Ford based on this experience I do not trust them.

I appreciate all of the excellent client service that has always been provided to me and my family from everyone at Service, Sales (especially Natalie) and Accounts! I've even brought my sheepadoodle puppy to the service dept and they helped me train her to wait patiently for our SUV.

Had an excellent experience with Cam Calrk in Airdrie when purchasing a new F-150. We starter out at the Superstore branch with the sales manager Adam who was super polite and we chatted about what we were looking for. They help me out a lot with my trade in and then to the purchase of the new vehicle at the main show room. Joseph Yawney was our sale rep throughout the process and he was just so polite and genuine. We weren't pressured into anything and he helped us out great along the way and to the end. Henry the financial manager was pleasant and was great too. They weren't pushy like other dealers trying to pressure sell warranty and extras, everything was straight up front. At the end we were greated by the branch manager Mike. All the staff were real polite. I have had bad experiences in the past with other dealership but the guys a Cam Clark were awesome! Would recommend.

Update October 2023.
I was out of the country on vacation and i needed a service on my truck before I returned. The guys at Cam Clark were able to come and collect my truck from my neighbors house, complete the service and then drop it back to my neighbors before I returned. Greg the service provider was super accommodating. Great service as always. Thanks!
