Cam Clark Ford Canmore

We were happy to find canmore ford across the road from our accommodations. They fit us in, to replace our water pump on our 2016 ford edge. Ford even gave us a ride to get a rental in Banff!

My Mom had a flat tire boxing day passing through Canmore. Went to a big box department store for assistance and was told we could schedule in 3 days. Called Cam Clark Ford they had us in immediately. Tried to fix tire but couldn't because the location of damage. They tracked down a tire at another store. Picked it up installed it and had us back on the road within a hour or so. Fantastic service. Very impressed with the staff especially Heather. Thank you very much! Happy new year!

Tremendous Customer Service! The water pump on our truck failed while driving by Canmore. Although Cam Clark Ford's Service Department was extremely busy, they fit us in, helped in all sorts of ways, and worked to get us on the road quickly. Our 2014 Ford F150 3.5 kept shutting off while driving back from Jasper. Cam Clark got us in right away. Diagnosed the problem replaced the part did a full inspection and got us back on the road to Tennessee. I would like to thank the kind courtesy staff and Scotty their expert mechanic. Recently had a major service done on my 2015 F150. I was very happy with the service and attention I received. Both Kate (service advisor) and Drew (technician) tried hard to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Given the cost of new trucks these days I am wanting to keep my F150 running as long as possible. Great attention to detail from Kate and Drew, I will be back, for sure, when I need more work done.

Hello I just reached out to Ian and spoke to him. I preferred not to get into details online as to where my disatisfaction came from, but after our conversation I will add some details to make certain there is no misunderstanding. Originally I purchased a brand new Super Duty from Cam Clark Canmore. The truck was at a different dealer, and although it would take a couple extra days, I was told it was best to be delivered to site on a flat bed, at the time due to poor road and weather conditions. The day the truck arrived I coincidentially happened to be at the dealership talking to the salesmen when my truck shows up. Not delivered on a flatbed. But being driven to Canmore, to my suprise, loaded with tires and parts, absolutely filthy and looking like it was a delivery vehicle! Josh the manager had the bed sprayed with liner due to the bed being so scratched up.because of his effort to make things better, I changed my review from one star at the time. Then a few months ago, I called Josh to let him know I was looking for another truck and hoping he could find me something. Within a week or so he found a truck and asked me to come in and look at it. I told him I was interested and wanted to buy it. He then tells me someone else is coming to look at it first and if they don't want it I can take it. I was beside myself.bewildered as to why he would waste my time to come down to look at something not available? Since then I called him once and he told me he is 'still looking ' for another truck. Other than that I haven't heard from him about another truck or any sort of follow up. I have given him at least a couple months now. Your service department was always top notch to me and have always been great to deal with so I want to make sure this is clear. This is why I reduced my original review back to one star.

Ended up with a flat tire on our way to BC and the staff at Cam Clark Ford went above and beyond to help us. Special thanks to Kate for her care and service. We really appreciate making a difficult day easier. Highly recommended.

Kate in the service department was really nice. She helped me out and answered all my questions. I was able to pay online and pick my car up after hours.

I had Cam Clark Ford replace a warped brake rotor and replace the worn out engine mounts on my VW Golf (yep, not even a Ford car) and they did a terrific job! They have a Mach-E shuttle car too, which is totally awesome!

My serpentine belt blew just outside of Canmore and limped into town and parked on side of road, close to Ford dealer. Let’s just say I was working on truck for several hours (with 3 kids under 5 and two dogs on a hot summer day)
Ian from Cam Clark came over to ask if everything was ok, and offered for me if I was able to move truck to the dealership and he would see if he could help. In the end they helped me fix two idlers and install serpentine belt and got me back on the road. I cannot say enough nice things about Ian and the tech that helped! All this being said I was driving a Chevy truck so that was even more impressive! (I had called Chevy dealer to help and see if I could bring truck to them and they said they where two weeks out to see truck)

A great dealership for service. We were travelling and need help. They accommodated us and it was a great experience.

Maybe the worst car repair experience we’ve ever had. Weeks without a vehicle, no communication about the status of our vehicle and when we called to find out what was happening we just got more run around. We’re now in line for a new vehicle since the repairs they did were sub-par (after spending thousands) but we’ll spend our hard earned cash somewhere else where people actually care.

Darrel Littlewood was, as always, extremely helpful when we brought our car in for regular service and seasonal tire changeover. He took the time to listen to all of our concerns, and to review the service report with us afterwards.
