Cam Clark Ford Olds

With this freezing cold snap, I really didn’t want to drive my car over to ford to get an oil change done! Cam Clark offered to come get my car, do the service and bring it back to my office for me! Such wonderful people and experiences with cam Clark in olds!

Work was incomplete on recent service on warranty item. This was not explained during pick up of vehicle, only after getting home noticed part was not replaced. Had to book another appointment to have work completed. Also as a note, vehicle was sold by Cam Clark with outstanding safety recall. Vehicle almost caught fire during travel.

Huge shout out to the staff who were on late yesterday afternoon/early evening (Sept 14/23) for taking such great care of my parents. Their car battery had died while we were doing errands downtown. They were able to get a boost from TorRock Towing so they could get to the dealership where they were treated with such kindness and received awesome service from the salesman, service and the young lady working last night.

Although I was frustrated after having to wait for 6 months for a part for my focus, I was impressed by the service once the part came in. Also appreciated the check in from the manager to ensure I was happy

Jannika went above and beyond with honoring my warrenty. I had brought my truck in a couple months ago to have my truck looked over, before my warrenty expired. It received an all clear. Few weeks later I noticed a funny wear pattern on my front tires. Brought it back in to inquire about my suspension. There was indeed an issues with my front end and received an expensive quote however Janneka went out of her way to ensure that ford covered the cost because they had missed this issue when I initially brought it in for my inspection. I was super impressed and my bank account was extraordinarily grateful!

Over all a good experience at Cam Clark Ford Olds, service desk staff are very polite and eager to make sure that they can provide a good service. But what would be appreciated is for instance a complimentary wind shield cleaning. Just saying.
