10/10 Professionalism. I had Jean Oliver look after me. Being new to the whole process she took the extra time to ensure I understood everything. She was upfront and great. I always get nervous when talking to an Lawyer as I've had bad experiences in the past, when they give you the "what you want to hear" Jean didn't do that. She was honest and upfront. Before picking my lawyer I had taken to about 10 other lawyers whom gave me the "What I want to hear" Jean was the first one that was open and honest. She didn't fluff up the information. When talking to Jean and her Assistant it was like talking to family. Understanding, kind, and willing to explain the process. I never felt like I was bugging her.

I am writing to provide a testimonial for the law firm CAM LLP and for Mr. Warren Stengel in particular. It is important to note at the outset that I have no connection of any kind with CAM LLP nor with any of its staff.

Recently it was my misfortune to be knocked down by a car while crossing the road at an intersection. This incident was serious enough to require the response of all three emergency services. As a consequence of the incident, I spent many hours in a hospital Emergency Department.

Having tried to personally resolve a much earlier claim with an insurance company I decided, this time, to engage the services of a lawyer.
