Nails were not set at completion. I left the shop with sticky nails. Had to go back next day to have them redone.

Unfortunately just 2 days after having my nails done right before all salons closed, my nails kept just popping off one by one, but they were cracking so I was left with half a nail on each one. As a cosmetologist and do nails myself, I just feel like the builder gel thats used is just not strong and reliable than other builder gels. I have to remove the other half of these, I'm not sure if I'll re do them myself or just do a full removal and wait until salons open again to get them done again. I hate to give my experience a 1 star rating, but I am sure there's so many that have been able to give 5 stars keep on working as hard as you all can!

Lee has done my nails a couple times now and she is great! Very professional and does an amazing job. I highly recommend. Here is a picture of my Christmas nails.

My friend and I treated ourselves to a pedicure and it was fantastic! The service is outstanding and the place is really clean. The massage chair was amazing and the pedicure was really great! I highly recommend this place.

My MIL & I went to Wes Nails for the Firewalker Pedicures. I can tell you they were AMAZING! I also had a new set of acrylics done & GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT TO KEVIN! He was my technician for both. He was extremely friendly & personable. My hands & feet looked brand new. I can't say enough about our experience there. I live in Airdrie but anytime I go to Sylvan to visit my MIL (as she lives there) I will will definitely be making an appointment. You set the bar high Kevin! Thank you so much for making the experience comfortable & fun. You guys are so great!

Left the salon with my right hand burned from the UV machine, my toe nails bleeding and sore in the cuticula, the worker has open sores in his left hand and they share all instruments including the electrical and manual files between clients, he asked me to choose a color and when I did he replied “that one is extra $10 and so on with every product during the service.end it up paying $141 for basic manicure and pedicure

First time going there, since my friend suggested it. I am very pleased with their service and my nails. The shape and length are perfect and a great colour. Highly recommend coming here

Kevin does an amazing job on my nails and hes very friendly, love coming to wes nails its always a welcoming time. Highly reccomend trying them out for ur next nail appointment, pedicure or body scrub!:) that also have some very nice smelling lotions - perfect for christmas

Good First impression, I am impressed with the thinness of my acrylic nails and the shape of them. I have only recently got them done but Kevin had taken his time to make sure that the quality was there.

Worst service ever! There were 3 of us that came and all disappointed. Staff don’t make you feel welcomed at all.more of an inconvenience. The place is also extremely expensive. For a basic shellac pedicure, 63$! Extremely expensive for very low quality end product. Will not be returning!

Tried, feet feel good, but

The overall experience wasnt as relaxing as I am used to. When I first arrived, I felt pressured to use some natural products because it was on sale. They were nice products, my feet still feel nice a few houra later, but providing me a menu with selections would have been better.

The pedicure was done well and the woman doing it knew what she was doing, but the manner seemed ruahed and medical instead of spa like, if that makes sense. The atmosphere has the potential to be calming, and the equipment is clean, but flashy lights and color choices take away from the ambiance. It is more like a nail aalon than a spa feeling- not bad just jot what I am used to.

Great experience! 5 of us spoiled with pedicures. Staff was very friendly. Kevin was great would recommend this spa to everyone.
