I love this vet I have been taking my peanut here for 11 years. Staff is super friendly. Very competitive pricing.

I picked up my Pawsitive Match rescue dog, Toby, at Cambrian over ten years ago and we have been going back ever since. I have never had a bad experience. They are friendly and have taken good care of Toby over the years.

Dr Madsen is such a great vet, she's so understanding and compassionate. And our dogs all love her. The clinic staff are all so friendly and always willing to help. We will keep coming here as long as Dr Madsen and staff are there!

You might wanna look past this Vet place, never experienced such an unorganized Vet Clinic in my life. The staff are not very nice there and it feels extremely clicky, you are there because you have animals you want taken care of, not to have to worry whether the staff stab each other in the back! Just sayin, it’s worth checking other other Vet Clinics. How do you forget your clients that have to euthanize a family member be it a dog, cat, they are not just another $$$ walking in. It is hard enough to make such a decision as that.

My beloved CHONKY senior cat went down hill really fast over the past few months. The doctor was honest about her quality of life. We decided to let her go to the rainbow bridge. The staff were super amazing and so sweet. It is a busy place and I still felt very taken care of. People don’t realize how hard this job is and how stressful it can be. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving lemon the peace she deserved.

Very happy to have found this vet for our cat! They are caring, kind and affordable. We took her elsewhere for her first vet visit since getting her and we were not impressed as they never addressed the issue properly, so we feel lucky to have Dr. Sharma who took care of everything. It’s been about 7 months since I had my senior frenchie put to sleep. The compassion they showed us, and the comfort they provided Blaze was something that i will never forget. Truly. It was one of the hardest things i’ve done and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. So supportive and kind - it meant so much to me. Thank you all, but especially Dr Madsen.

Once again the staff at Cambrian Animal Hospital have proven why they are my number one recommendation for veterinary care in Calgary. We are relative newbies when it comes to pet ownership (Covid Kitten) and were recently blessed with a new cat facing some health issues. We had many questions. All answered. Procedures were booked and completed. Our new cat is joyfully zooming around the house with a new lease on life. Kudos to Pigeon and their team. See ya when it's time for our annual check up!

New to town, found this practice recommended on Reddit. This is the best vet clinic I have ever experienced- and having grown up on a farm that’s saying A LOT. Dr. Sharma is so thorough, caring and transparent. The staff are so warm, welcoming and loving towards my sensitive girl. My dog had to have a minor surgery completed here and her care has been outstanding and pricing reasonable. Highly highly highly recommend.

Dr. Tanveer is very knowledgeable & professional. He explained everything about my Cane Corso.

Dr. Madsen and staff have been part of our family / dogs' life for such a long time. They have always been amazing to us.

I am so happy I found this clinic for my cats, Luna and Lola. Both Dr. Sharma and Dr. Madsen are fantastic with my cats and take the time to answer any questions. Luna loved Dr. Madsen so much that she didn't want to leave! Prices are more reasonable than other vets I have taken them to and I find they are better at communicating what to expect after treatments, and when to bring them in again. I had previous vets that did not tell us what to expect so we ended up in follow-up appointment for normal side effects for treatment, costing us more money and wasting our time. The front desk staff are friendly and communicate well which I know is just as important to a successful vet practice. Thank you for caring for my fur babies!

Disobliging and Unreasonable.

I thought I was 5 minutes early, but apparently I was 10 minutes late; miscommunication or mistake, it's hard to say.

The vet was busy, but "no matter, I can wait". But the response was "no, you missed your appointment, and our protocol is that you must rebook.no exceptions. "

Our dog was getting her vaccine and a pedicure for travel across the border. I'd made the appointment a week or so earlier, and they were only able to offer an appointment a week later, and after we left.

They knew the spot I was in but, "no exceptions! " They would not budge. There was no other option, except I "could try to book with another vet". Darn right I could!

Called my old vet (across town), and we go in tomorrow! They were very understanding and accommodating.

I initially went to Cambrian because they were more reasonable for surgery prices, although, when I got the bill for the surgery, there was an extra $100 charge for "daycare" that wasn't identified in the estimate, and I was charged for a "cone of shame" I didn't need and didn't take. Maybe they remembered how I had given them a hard time about that a few weeks early.

I have always had good experiences with this vet clinic. If they can't fit me in they always check my emails and give me advice. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Although Cambrian is technically new to me two of the doctors there were with me through a lot with one of my pets. I followed them from their previous office to Cambrian. I feel this should speak volumes to the quality of care this clinic now provides

Had a great first experience here.dr madsen commented on how cute our kitties were, and remembered each of them by name during our discussion.she was open and transparent on some options for some issues we were having, making sure to give us many options and resources.looking forward to having regular checkups here!

Took my blind senior dog here for a dental. I was very very nervous about her going under anesthetic. Dr. Madsen, and all her staff were so kind, helpful, and patient in answering all my questions. They were happy to provide me updates throughout the day. I also felt very secure in that she was knew was she was doing. My little girl came out with ten teeth out, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this vet for any vet care, and especially dentals.

It was out first time coming here for our cat and when we called ahead to book the appointment they were very friendly, professional, and transparent with their prices - probably some of the most reasonable in Calgary.

Once we got there, we dropped off our cat and waited in the car, because of Covid restrictions, then got a phone call from the vet to keep us updated and let us ask any questions. The vet didn't push any unnecessary vaccines and the whole visit was quick and easy.

Definitely will be returning in the future!

Very good experience with this clinic. Dr. Kathleen Madsen is really great, very attentive, patiently listens to all the concerns, and not rushing through: always makes sure that the animal is calm before starting the examination. This greatly reduced stress for both animal and the owner. We are coming to the hospital with our two cats since two years and planning to continue.

Absolutely awful. They diagnosed my dog Wong and gave him the wrong meds. Which ultimately led to him being put down. I’m not impressed at all.

Very caring and compassionate vets. I have tried several other vets for my dogs (as I moved out of the local area) but I have returned here as this is where my dogs and cats have received the best treatment.

Been coming here for 8 years. We have now moved a way but make the trek back because the doctors are so fantastic!
