Nice owners and kind teachers. It has an amazing environment for kids, observing any need for each age. A special thanks to nice and professional teachers, Flora, Anarina, and Priya. My son is so happy when he is there.

Cambridge was the absolute best experience for our daughter. She went at 6 months old to 3 years old and our entire family felt at home. They are caring, patient, friendly, so much more and on top of that affordable. My daughter hasn't been there for 2 years and still talks about Cambridge! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My recent encounter with Cambridge Daycare was an absolute nightmare. Their behavior over the phone was beyond rude and left me utterly appalled. I initially called them to inquire about a water purifier, and their response was nothing short of abhorrent.
During my first call, the staff member informed me that they were in a meeting and abruptly asked me to call back later. Fair enough, I called back as requested. However, when I made the second call, the individual who answered was incredibly dismissive and impolite. Their lack of professionalism was evident as they impatiently told me to "get to the point" and repeatedly responded with a disdainful "yeah yeah. "
This level of disrespect and condescension is absolutely unacceptable. It's astonishing that a daycare center, which should prioritize the well-being and care of children, would treat potential clients in such a derogatory manner. I am deeply disturbed by the utter lack of customer service skills displayed by Cambridge Daycare's staff.
Based on this encounter alone, I would strongly advise parents to steer clear of Cambridge Daycare. The callous and rude behavior exhibited by their staff suggests a complete disregard for providing a safe, nurturing environment for children. If they cannot even handle a simple phone conversation with basic courtesy, one can only imagine how they might treat children and their families in person.
I implore anyone seeking quality child care services to seek alternatives to Cambridge Daycare. The unprofessionalism and disrespect demonstrated during my call indicate a deeply troubling lack of professionalism and care within their establishment. Our little girl was at Cambridge daycare for two years. The staff took amazing care of her and were extremely kind and attentive. Our daughter always looked forward to going. The facility is new and is spotless clean. Hands down one of the best daycares in Edmonton.
