Cameo & Cufflinks (by appointment only)

This was my fourth wedding dress boutique, and I had heard they sold dresses with colour, which was what I was looking for.

While they did have more colourful dress options, the service was extremely disappointing.

I visited with my close friend, who immediately spotted a ombré pale coloured wedding dress. I was super pumped, but the appointment went down hill from there.

I was assisted by the owner, which really emphasized the whole experience. I was shown to the back room, and after a bit of chatting, she pulled a few dresses. After she put them in the change room, she left. No communication of whether I go into the room, of if she’ll help me zip up. She didn’t even unzip the dresses or unhang the trains. While I was surprised, I simply got on with the appointment.

After showing some hesitation, she offered for me to walk the samples. While my friend and I went through the dresses, she walked off.

After a while, I retried one dress, but the lighting is quite poor in the back so we moved to the front. The sample was a tad small on me but she really tried to sell it (sample only, could not order custom). I really don’t like when people push clothes that do not fit—wedding dress or not.

At the end, I left the boutique empty handed. I’m disappointed because I did have a friend recommend this boutique, but apparently she went when it was the old owner.

Definitely cute dresses with some colour, but service was very poor.

Susie was so amazing when I went to find my wedding dress! She was so patient with me, as it was my first time trying on dresses and wasn’t totally sure what I wanted. She managed to pull the perfect dress first try! They have an incredible team here, and the owner, Jess, was also so helpful! I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience at Cameo & Cufflinks!

I loved the staff and how helpful they all were, especially Grace.they were patient with how many dresses I tried on, took notes on what I liked and didn't like and made sure that I left happy with my dress choiceI was able to find my dream dress at a great price (was on sale and in my budget!)

Wonderful staff, professional and courteous. We were probably one of the few who went multiple times for the same dress and Brenda was so patient and I truly appreciate it. I tried on the same dress multiple times and the owner is also so kind and accommodating to helping us out

I went to Cameo and Cufflinks today to shop for my veil and help my mom look at mother of the bride dresses. Ida and Grace were absolutely delightful! So fun and kept the appointment going with great vibes!

While I didn't end up buying my wedding dress from C&C, I had an excellent experience - the best of any dress boutique I visited! I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all, my consultant was helpful and lovely, and they let you walk around and pull some dresses to get started. The room I tried dresses on was so adorable! Plus, we had complete privacy, so there aren't brides trying on dresses right beside you. Highly recommend booking a consultation here!

Having been putting off trying on dresses for a year I was so nervous going into my appointment. And the minute I connected with the wonderful Grace those nerves disappeared and I don’t think I stopped smiling. Her questions were open ended but pointed to help organize my thoughts and she was fantastic at helping find beautiful dresses well within my budget. I did not go into the appointment expecting to find my dress - but there is now a beautiful dress in my closet waiting for the big day!

It was such a fun appointment; we laughed, we cried, and honestly had such a wonderful time searching for the one Would highly, highly recommend!
