Pretty ridiculous when you go to a parts department and they dont give you a part number on a quote. I even asked and they refused to give me the part number. I could go look online but decided to come in store. No wonder more and more people go online.

Chris Longmuir is a five star sales advisor! The first phone call with him after a filled out a Facebook questionnaire had me hook line and sinker! It took a few calls and some thinking and he sold me on my Lamborghini of a truck. 2023 dually longhorn. Pictures of it don't do any justice! I met the whole team at the dealership all I can say is wow! Friendly, helpful, and wanting to help in any way! I appreciate that you don't get that service at a city dealer!

Brought 2015 Jeep SRT 10 days ago, only drove for 400 km and has been put away till spring-easy to deal with and a fair price for this model-only 1200 in Canada-under 1000 km and 1 month old radiator crapped out-called and told them about it an they said will let me know if anything can be done-that was a week ago at the least they could do is tell me go away-ps this is the 2nd salesman i called there neither one has gotten back to me-wont go there again-poor customer relations-general manager got hold of me after a few months and resolved the problem-thank you

The review is for the shop maintenance. The customer service was painfully brutal, always had to call and get updates on my vehicle. I feel like if I didn’t keep bugging them it would’ve take way longer! Spent 6k on repairs and my truck sounds worse than I gave it them them! The tech assured me it was just the new parts working in … will see.

CROOKS. Dont even bother going to camrose chrysler. They gave my wife a $5000 quote to fix her vehicle with a long list of parts and labour. Took it to kal tire in camrose to get a second opinion and nothing on the list was wrong.

I felt like they didn't even try. I've worked with dealership that tried for days and different options. Not these "credit building" specialist. One in and done

I wanna start by saying what a breath of fresh air it is dealing with Joanne, Jim and Jordan and the friendly staff at Camrose Chrysler!

I had a Issue with my new style Ram 1500 and took it into my local dealership, (Devon, Alberta) After replacing the faulty part the same issue was occurring, When I called back to discuss I was given attitude and anything but a willingness to help or troubleshoot the issue. My next step was to call FCA and log my dealership ordeal. Mike from FCA asked me to get a second opinion. He also advised me that Dealerships have the discretion to help you or not which I was unaware of and maybe that’s why some are the way they are.

After reading numerous five star reviews from Camrose Chrysler and speaking to a close friend as well as my parents who drive to Camrose to service there Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles, I said I must make the two hour round trip and see for myself.

There must be something in the water in Camrose that makes people smile more and want to help! I know I found my service dealership for my Chrysler vehicles.

If you’re looking for downright sincere customer service orientated staff then this is your dealership! The Sales team was very friendly and it was just a welcomed feeling to receive from a Automotive Dealership these days when it seems customer service is lacking in so many businesses.
