Camrose Glass & Overhead Doors

We recently experience a Break and Enter at our business in Millet on a late Sunday evening. With a completely smashed out commercial door late at night on a Sunday, nobody in our area would answer their phones and the ones that did answer refused to come out. This mean't that I would have to stay at the business overnight while the winter winds blew in the business.

Well Camrose Glass answered, and although almost 80 km away, they arrived within the hour and secured the business with wood structure, then returned in two days and installed a new tinted laminated class. They were efficient, cleaned up the area perfectly and even repaired the adjacent door push bar. The invoice was more than reasonable.

Not all heroes wear capes! Would I recommend Camrose Glass.with reservation! Yes!

I've had a driver side tinted window replaced at almost half price as the other places. Then, I just had a rear heated tinted rear window with an electric center window replaced again at almost half price. Great staff, and they let me wait inside with my 9 month old pup.

I had 4 solar bronze window panels installed in my home. I love my new windows. The whole experience was great. Right from the beginning it was wonderful. The installers showed up early to start. They even made the frame look better then before They kept the working area clean and neat. They were totally professional. Camrose glass recommended the solar glass and already find the glass keeping my home cooler and reducing the glare. Thank you for making my home look and feel better.

These guys are great! They installed the windows for my father's house. Window look great and clean. They work curtis and efficient. Kept to the budget no hidden costs no hidden fee. They showed up early to start work and kept us up to date as to the work progress Very friendly, very courteous cleaned up after themselves. Overall an excellent experience I would recommend them to anybody.

Had our front windows replaced. January 27/23. We noticed a mark between the 2 panes of glass, called them. They were sending someone out to take a look. Many calls and dropping in to the store.still waiting! It's the middle of July!

Highly recommend Camrose Glass. Great service, excellent employees, great pricing, and wonderful craftsman ship. Had a window installed in my truck today and finished in about an hour and a half. Next time I need a window installed, replaced, or repaired, I am more than happy to stop back in and say hello!

Had my windshield replaced earlier this week. They were easy to deal with and they wiped all my windows clean, even the dog nose prints.

Never hire these guys, especially James from overhead doors. Not good service at all. Very poor quality workmanship. He over billed for the job he did and couldn't do the work he was paid to do. Camrose glass replaced my windshield yesterday. They were polite and efficient. Price wasn't bad. They even gave me a curtousy car and the first rock chip fix will be free. Great service and experience!

Poor customer service. Had our back window replaced and upon picking up saw that the paint was ripped off all the way along the back hatch. Scratches on the top of the door. They take no responsibility for carelessly removing the tape. What makes me really upset is they didn't even have the courtesy to stop and contact us to let us know about the damage. Instead we spotted it ourselves and they said they were too busy. When it had happened 2 hrs earlier. So out 350 dollar window had turned into a 2000 paint job.

Brutal quality control. Had a windshield replaced by them and they mounted the windshield wipers wrong, didn't put plastics in place properly, took gouges out of my interior panels, and left glass shards on my dash/vents. When I took the car back, they just filled the gouges in the interior panels with glue. On a separate occasion, I went back for a rock chip repair, and it popped out 5 days later. When I went back to ask them to fix it, they refused to warranty the failed repair. Will not be returning.

Had my wind shield cut out.along with gashes in my speaker covers, dash board and headliner. I personally do not recommend due to my experience. Though my dash board and speaker covers were fixed properly, the headliner is still a major and expensive issue that I have to deal with.

Their service was extremely slow and the owner didn't seem to want to spend time with me so I could get exactly what I wanted. They also messed up fixing a rock chip in my windshield.
