I’m extremely frustrated with this company where I now believe they are a scam. My dealership bought leads from them and they set up a portal for us to receive them and to submit returns. They had a system called “Hot Transfer” where their agents would call potential customers that filled out an application on one of their websites and then connect you to the call live. The call would also be recorded for quality control. Their agents who would send us the leads would do anything they could to put us on the phone with the potential “customer” so that they can charge us for it. Many times, the customers were not interested in financing or even ready to purchase. And that was a requirement for getting the lead to begin with. When it was time to return the lead for a replacement Canadauto would do anything they could not to return the lead.
After this first batch of leads I decided to try regular leads where I would call the customer myself. These were apparently verified leads. Canadauto sent the leads and after the first 10 I realized that these were old recycled leads. Also I wasn’t able to reach the majority of them by phone, text or email. With no contact these should have been guaranteed returns but the company said they were verified and refused to return them. The manager or owner, Has Jalil, said they would call each lead to verify them and then transfer them over. They transferred one lead that I already contacted and did not try to return. When I asked when they would call and connect the ones I couldn’t reach, Has Jalil said they would not because they were already verified. He basically flat out lied to me.
I asked for a report on the leads I wanted to return and he agreed to do that. The report he sent back was exactly as I thought it would be. They couldn’t reach any of the people either but yet they still refused to refund my money or replace the leads. After this they still had the nerve to say we had to purchase more leads if we wanted more. This company is a money grubbing scam that will do anything they can not to refund your hard earned money. Their agents would do anything they can to put customers on the phone knowing full well they don’t want to purchase a vehicle, just so Canadauto can charge you for it.
They claim to be Google experts and spend millions of dollars in ad spend yet they refuse to replace hundreds of dollars in fake leads. At this point, this sounds like robbery and these people are thieves. Has Jalil will not return money once it touches his fingers!
