Excellent 10/5 technologist. I have arthritis and couldn't do the gown ties. He brought me into the room and gently, with humor, helped me get done up. I am over the top impressed with this guy.

I have been going to this location for a few years now. But i never raved about it, I guess it is time. What a wondearful bunch of humans, they are always most professional and courteous. Great service CDC Sunridge

Went to Sunridge. Had Mammogram and Left Ultrasound with Allie and l left. They called right away and let me know that I needed right side too so was able to get back in. Thanks again to Allie and the staff. I got in as soon as I returned.

Hey! I visited today for my xray needed for Immigration purpose… Miss Pawan helped us today for the process at the reception area.she was really helpful and kind.she helped us with everything and sorted out our appointment problem with utmost sincerity.

Staff's don't what they are doing anymore, since Dynalife took over. Waiting time for Blood work is taking 10hrs to do. Like seriously!

The bed side manner here is sub par. After dealing with fertility problems over the last 4 years, we were surprised when we found out a natural pregnancy occurred after doing ivf and having our first baby.

I had asked if I could get a photo printed of my ‘dot’ and that I would pay for it, if that was the problem. They constantly just kept telling me it’s just a dot it’s just diagnostic.while I completely understand, when you have patients who would like a photo regardless of it’s just a dot and are willing to pay for it I feel like they could accommodate some how. EFW printed out a photo for us at 5.5 weeks with our last baby and even though it was just a ‘dot’. People who struggle with fertility issues hold on to these photos as a photo of hope and promise and to help calm their anxiety of loss.

They also didn’t saying anything through the whole ultrasound, didn’t point out the baby or the ‘dot’ as they kept calling it, so my husband was lost the whole time and was very disappointed he didn’t get to see or get excited about the baby.

Incredibly disappointed in this place and would request to go else where.

Checked website said open till 4pm, get there and paid for parking only to find out it was closed. Lights off door closed. Not impressed, as of 2022-10-15 1: 20pm

Their website says they are open Saturday and so I went to get an x-ray because my doctor said that it was walk-in. There was no one there, and the door was locked, even though the sign right outside the door said that they were open Saturdays. There were a bunch of people out there waiting in hopes that the staff was on break. I called a few times but got a "we are closed" message.

It is completely unacceptable to post incorrect information about when you are open. Not everyone is able to take time off of work during the week, and had we known you were closed, we would have found someplace else.

Made several appointments for the same day as I live far from the area. Showed up 10 minutes early and 45 minutes later I was about to leave without my x-ray. It was quite quick after that. Still, I ended up being 15 minutes late for my blood work, even though it is tight next door. Not sure how much time they expect people to schedule for a simple chest x-ray but I'd go to another clinic like the one in Creekside if you can. I've been to that location many times and never been more than 20 minutes in-and-out. I've had appointments take less than 10 minutes there.

Staff is very rude. They don’t know how to treat customers. Receptionist took payment from my card without my permission. Didn’t even asked me to try again.

Sabine went the extra mile to book a bunch of appointments for me, calling another site to make sure I could get them all done on the same day. She was kind and friendly! (Just realized I posted this in the sunridge location, it was at Pacific place)

This place had amazing service! The ladies at the desk were every bit wonderful & so cute in their halloween costumes. Service was fast and efficient! It is in the basement but was a great experience.

Very poor service
I came here on time on October 25th 2021 for my appointment which was at 1pm and they’re telling me that i need to reschedule my appointment because the technician is not available for me and they need to take other people’s appointment

After telling the reception, that is not my fault i came here on time

Than they made me sit for almost 2.5 hours to see the doctor when they will be available
I have been patiently waited there and again they are not sure how long will take the technician to see for my Ultrasound

Almost 20 people came after me and they were served but still for me they didn’t have time

This place needs to improve in providing service
They are getting paid for n its not free

People are here because their health condition is not good and needs to be treated, they don’t come for fun

Alberta health services pays them good money so please do your job timely manner

I totally understand its covid time but also i have been patiently waiting for couple of hours n its not easy to get appointments now days # due to covid n we have to wait months for that

I highly NOT recommend this place for a visit

I dont know it is normal in Canada or not, but the clinic is so weird when they dont separate female and male clients. The clothes they gave for clients are very thin and big. Today, when I went to the xray room, one male clients sat in front of the room and kept looking at me. I feel so uncomfortable, and invasive a body privacy.

Had appointment at 8am. Went there on time (even earlier) and was asked to fill out several papers and then wait in waiting area. Was asked back to the front desk just to tell that I came too late (no) and have to re-book. When telling them that my appointment time is still on, and all I waited is because they said so, they still insisted it is because I am late. Very unprofessional front desk staff. Have limited intelligence.

Went there as walk in, surprisingly there was no rush and I was out in about half an hour, staff is very nice and supportive

I can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone was at this location. I was nervous about my appointment and everyone made me feel welcome and calm from start to finish!

Just had an appointment here, I would rather drive 15 minutes more to the Brentwood location where I'm treated like an actual human. The new tech that was being trained was great, but the woman training her needs a lesson or two on people skills. Avoid this location if you're able too.

As owner of A Laptop Shoppe I'm grateful for this business, they have convenient locations city wide. I showed up early in the morning and received x-rays right away for my hurt arm. The front desk staff are pleasant and efficient, with smiles.
