I was booked for an ultrasound yesterday. I was amazed at the number of staff at the front desk! Wow! Within a few minutes I was called to see a technologist. My ultrasound was in progress and although the technologist was not that friendly, she was very efficient. I was very impressed with how fast the procedure was! Now if only our Calgary Labs/Dyanlife Labs could come up with CDC standards we all could be much happier!

Very happy with the service at the Westhills location. It was not my first time. Friendly faces at the front desk. The facility was clean. The appointment started on time as scheduled. All staff members that were helping me on my appointment were very nice and kind.

I have been attending Westhills for the past 7 or 8 years! Always have great service, very friendly knowledgable staff, from the front desk right through to the radiologist. I have been having Pain Management treatment for a left SI Joint and a right shoulder for which I am awaiting a shoulder replacement/reversal within the next 5 to 8 months. The pain management I am receiving is the only thing that helps greatly with the pain. I am no longer relying on heavy duty pain medications and stomach protectors. It has given me a much better experience. I will be forever grateful for these pain management treatments!

I love going to West Hills, Canada diagnostic center. Because the staff there are also kind and respectful. They are very accommodating. The front desk staff have always been very pleasant as you come and even smile at you as you leave The technicians are very competent, explain what they're doing in advance, and are very gentle, Kind, and respectable. The radiologist was very nice as well. I have had excellent treatment with kindness every time I have attended.

I first contacted CDC when I found my usual xray diagnostic centre was closed.
Right from the very first telephone contact they were fantastic.
The lady I talked to initially was great and even phoned my family physician just to clarify my xray requisition (thanks Ivy).
An appointment was made for the next day.
At the Westhills location all staff, from reception to technician were considerate and professional.
No more than 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I left. Wow, great service.

We came here for a ultrasound for our coming baby. The Sonographer was excellent. Good, quick and thorough service. We are used to a fairly brutal, rushed experience with medical staff who don't listen and are arrogant. The individual we had was the exact opposite. We appreciated the excellence!

The technologist was super rude, I’ve done this X-ray multiple times and never had I received such an unprofessional experience. She had no empathy, and such a bad attitude. The procedure was 10 minutes and I would have rather her stay quiet then listen to her snobby comments. I had treated her with respect which she did not deserve. Whatever her problem is I’d recommend for her to keep it at home or quit her job.

Tried booking online. Received notification that they would get back to me within one business day but nothing ever came. I called to book an appointment but the lady I spoke with had such a thick accent I had an extremely difficult time understanding her. I put the date into my calendar but when I showed up was told it was the wrong day.

Jan 6/23 Ultrasound tech was very good, gentle and worried about causing pain, but x-ray tech was the opposite, after a few images became very rude, and did not even offer me the stepping stool to get off the table when she could see I was struggling!

Absolutely amazing I fractured my foot 3 plus months ago and go regularly here and always super fast and very friendly and really helpful. Overall just great! Although best to make an appointment as the wait is very long for walk ins.

Horrible experience! If you need a pain management. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. They will treat you very bad.
I went there to have a monovisk which was a waste of money. Doctor was so rude and cause me a lot of pain.

Just went over to your clinic at Stewart Green to get an x-ray. On the form I received from my doctor, it indicates the X-ray is walk in however when I got there I was told that was not true even though it is clearly stated on the form. Was told then that I would have to make an appointment and come back, with no concern that I have taken time out of my day to come over there as per indication on the form. But as I was turned away instead I went over to Mayfair Diagnostics at Westbrook who treated me with the concern and respect I deserve and took me in immediately. They will be the company I go to for my appointments from now on.

This place doesn’t respect your time at all. Last time I was here, I waited over an hour for a simple procedure. This time, exact same thing. Rude, unfriendly technicians add to the aggravation. Will not be coming back.

A family member went in for a test this morning at the Westhills location for a bad sore throat diagnosed by an emerge physician and his family physician which would require a barium swallow test. He was swabbed negative for covid and the staff still refused him entry due to the blanket statement "you cannot come in because you failed the COVID screening form due to SORE THROAT". He was subsequently rebooked for the next week. This is asinine. What if the sore throat persists and cannot be treated until it is diagnosed by this test? This policy makes no sense. Someone should at minimum be able to confirm his negative test and allow for examination.

My mom has end stage glioblastoma and had a bad fall yesterday. Her thumb was sore and swollen today so we took her into the walk in clinic to get it assessed. She needed an x-ray so we headed next door to the Diagnostic Centre in Westhills. Even though they were very busy, after explaining my situation, "Maria" got us in. The x-ray techs where so good with my mom. I wanted to thank them so much (I am crying as I write this). Your kindness and compassion is so appreciated. Thank you!

It did not appear that the front office staff were taking the necessary Covid-19 precautions for a medical establishment. Half of the front staff were not wearing a mask continuously or fully over the nose. There were more people in the waiting room than seats so physical distancing could not be maintained. I will not be returning.

Both people stationed at the front desk this morning were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The lady who did my ultrasound was such a sweetheart. I don't remember her name but she had I believe a Ukranian accent.
Would drive across the city again if or when I needed anything again.

If you are in pain and seeing a diagnostic center, DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE.
By far the worse center I have ever been to. Exceedingly unprofessional and ignorant.

I was booked to see a Dr Katz who did not even have the decency to come and address her patient who had questions on the procedure.

Even with the appointment booked with the requisition stating the procedure needed. They booked a time slot too small to accommodate what I was needing to have done for my pain. After making me wait over 45 minutes to see Dr Katz, (whom i never did see) I was then refused my booked procedure and told to book yet another appointment regardless of how much pain I was in.

It is disgusting to waist peoples time and money and that is exactly what was happening here. My pain in my arms are extreme and could have been dealt with as booked.

I do not normally leave company reviews, but I am appalled and find it very important that people are made aware of the disgusting service and blatant approach to double scheduling to obtain extra monies from the healthcare system.

These people call themselves pain management specialist, which is absolutely not the case.

Immigation X Ray Chest - Disappointing that this centre told me that they do the immigration related x ray and then when I came over, said they do not do e-medical. Find out before you go what kind of immigration x rays they do.

This location just change my schedule and I'm working so I can't make the chanes they want.my appoitment was already booked long time ago then just make changes like that.now i need to wait another week because there is no other available time.very sad.oh no wait if i did not cry with the booking agent I need to wait another month very disappointed and sad.

I have been to several radiology Centers and when I have a choice it’s always the Westhills location. The staff are friendly & welcoming when you arrive, the radiology staff are professional & friendly and always identify themselves so you know their role in your care.

Terrible service. My wife needs help to walk because shes in chronic pain and the intern told me to wait while she was getting an x-ray, i thought she was going to help her on the table and off the table. NOPE, instead she let her crawl off the table and fall back onto the table without any support. And after that the intern says that my wife hurt her. What the hell is wrong with these people. Useless.

Staff was helpful. My appointment went later than when they were closed.
Receptionist was unhappy said something in a different language than left me with with a different staff member.
While I so appreciate their time I dont think at our place of work we should show frustration like this.

One of the worst stressful time wasting experiences of my life, First the receptionist books me in wrong even with getting help from her co-worker.i figure this out after waiting for 1 hr only to be told in the operations room that an ultrasound is needed to guide my needle.i re-booked the appointment. I come back And they cant even drain the bursa. The lady even forgets to put the steroid in, so the following morning the thing was the size of a golf-ball and in immense pain.prior to this i have been messing around with the west hills walk in also getting terrible service for what is a great pain in my knee. Luckily i was able to see a much better doctor the following morning at group 23.who was actually able to drain it, without ultrasound. And PUT the steroid in.

I brought my 8 month old son on Tuesday for a chest X-ray. Niki the X-ray technologist who did the X-ray on my son was fantastic, accommodating and very professional. Once they had performed the X-ray Niki contacted their paediatrician specialist to have a look at the X-rays. Within 1 hour of taking X-rays I received a call from my family doctor while she was on vacation stating she’s received notification regarding my son’s condition. I’m blown away by how quickly the team worked to take the X-ray, have it looked at, and then passed it on to the appropriate people. No time was wasted, and the staff were all exceptional.

No issue everytime i walk in for x-ray or ultra sound with great smiles from Joanne and Margarita, plus they are very accommodating.
