I can’t thank you enough for my care this week at CD 109st. Everyone on the team from receptionist, radiologists, techs and doctor… you went above and beyond for me and I can’t express my gratitude enough. Thank you

Never coming here again withheld info about my unborn child and because of that I was unable to prepare for or even do anything about my baby being in pain and having its limbs squished due to something being around the placenta because of this my baby might be terminated I URGE MOTHER NOT TO COME HERE

Everyone was very friendly and made the experience less uncomfortable. Would like to have better gowns though

Technical staff are wonderful. So friendly and helpful! Took me in at my scheduled time and just an overall good experience every time I go there.
Front desk girl was not very friendly but did her job.

This was my second visit today May 9,2023 and the experience was considerably different. I was told I was going to be the biggest challenge of this techs day due to my breast size. Very stressful appointment and left feeling tired and sore.

Outstanding service. Brittney was the best sonographer I've ever had. The best Diagnostic Centre in the city.

Staff were attentive and accommodating! The tech and doctor made sure I was comfortable during the whole appointment.

My experience at the 109 Street and 72 Avenue Breast Centre and Diagnostic Imaging Centre was amazing today. I was there for a bone density test, but they were able to fit me in for a mammogram as well. Julie, who did the bone density test was so kind and helpful, as was Ashley, who did the mammogram. The person who helped me at the front desk was also very pleasant and patient. The whole clinic feels very friendly and welcoming and it is very clean and spacious as well. I would highly recommend this location in Edmonton if you need to go for diagnostic imaging tests.

I usually don’t write reviews but their exceptional service deserves a shoutout. I took my handicapped mom to this place and my whole experience was amazing. I was a little overwhelmed when I arrived but they did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. Diane made sure all of her staff knows about my mother’s condition and went above and beyond to help her out. Sara at the front desk was really nice and friendly. Technician Ashley is very kind and did an amazing job wile doing my mom’s ultrasound and was really patient with her. She made her feel really comfortable even when she wasn’t feeling well. She pointed us in a right direction and made sure Diane knows what works best for us. The following week I got a requisition for my dad’s ultrasound for a different imaging centre but I returned to this location because of my first experience. Brittany was really nice and kind. She was really patient with my dad and communicated with him really nicely. My dad said that he never had this amazing experience before and he really liked Brittany’s professionalism and kindness.

One rude reception staff but really nice technicians.

We arrived for an appointment on the dot due to bad roads and not 15 mins earlier as we hoped to.
The reception rudely told us to not make it late next time and handed out the forms.
Bad experience. They should be more considerate.

The nurses are very kind and polite.

I have had several pain management procedures at 2 of the Edmonton locations and one at the Chinook location in Calgary. Every time they went above and beyond to get me in ASAP and made sure I was comfortable and cared for during my appointment. Staff was friendly and helpful and explained everything involved.

I came here for my 36 week ultrasound and some abnormal readings came back from their results.the whole ultrasound visit was off and the technician used excess pressure that I have never felt even earlier in my pregnancy. Due to their abnormal readings i was taken to the hospital for additional testing which all came back clear.my OB said this place has given false readings to their pregnant patients and they come in very worried and stressed. I was referred to the Lois Hole for another ultrasound since they are specialized and the results as well came back very normal and my baby is strong and healthy. My OB and On call Doctor advised never to go back to this place.

All pregnant mommas save yourself a week of stress that is not worth it. Use other community ultrasound facilities such as MIC, INSIGHT since they are more credible.

Received a cortico-steroid shot today from Dr Motkowski at the Ellerslie location. He is the best needle-giver ever! Staff are always do polite, professional and kind. Thanks to y'all for your services

Dismissive technician who would not let me speak during the mammogram. She forgot to put the lead apron to block radiation to protect my reproductive organs and I was trying to tell her but she kept saying "deep breath, don't move, don't talk".
Concerning behavior in a Women's Health Diagnostic Center that is supposed to advocate for Women's health.

Got my mammogram today at 209 location the lady with the clipboard took me to the room told me to put the gown on and have a seat out there so I left my clothes inside when I came outside the room i could not find my clothes another helper that was passing by she said maybe somebody throw them in the basket I had to get my clothes from the basket with all the dirty gowns.

Thank you all, my special 10 stars thank you to the doctor today at 109 street. I am sorry I had anxiety I forgot his name, I want to say thank you for your kindness, you did not treat me like previous doctor as a number. You listened, cared and guided me as best as you could. You assured me that I am welcome back before my next appointment if I have major concern. You did not dictate like previous doctor that I can’t come back for another year. We have enough stress and anxiety going through the procedure and result we need more doctors like you.

They would not allow you to bring anyone into the test with you. I needed support and they wouldn't let me. It was awful. Made me feel small and helpless staff are polite and cold. Never book here again ever.

Friendly, professional staff that makes you feel very comfortable. Getting through to them via phone in order to book an appointment took about 3 minutes wait time before I was able to speak to someone. On arrival I was able to walk right up to the reception area, fill out a questionnaire and waited less than 10 minutes to get in which was exactly the time I was booked in for. The premises is kept very clean and although it is a clinical setting it feels quite warm. Diagnostic technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Mammogram and bone density X-rays went quickly and were easily obtained. I highly recommend this location for your diagnostic needs.

I had a small tumour detected in my breast by the staff at Canada Diagnostics 109 Street location. Since it was detected early the surgeon performed a lumpectomy Thank you so much to the staff at this location Very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional.

After many visits to this place, i haven't had a bad experience. ALMOST everyone is wonderfully welcoming. Exam rooms are so warm so that's nice.
