I was so happy with the service because I had requested that the flowers be delivered in the morning if possible. When I called my mom to sing her happy birthday she told me that her beautiful flowers had just arrived. It was a very special birthday as my mom just turned 89 years old. Thank you so much and I will continue to select Canada Flowers as my Barrie Ontario Florist.

Flowers were delivered quickly and, although I haven't seen the bouquets, the recipients were very pleased with the results.

I was expecting the order to be delivered by y pm same day, but it didn't arrive until the next morning, after the recipient was gone, I was disappointed

I’ve had a really bad experience in the past with another flower company and I was really nervous ordering this the day before I needed them. It was quite the opposite now: I had an amazing experience, easy to order, the flowers arrived on time, and looked better than ever. The recipient is very happy also. I would definitely order again from Canada Flowers.

Have ordered flowers a couple of times and very pleased both times. First time delivery was to France and their website made ordering for delivery to another country extremely easy. Also ordered fruit basket with chocolate add-on, was delivered as ordered. Will definitely use Canada Flowers again.

Very happy with the flowers and delivery. I didn't get the notification when they were shipped out but that might have been due to my e-mail. Either way, flowers arrived same day and they were exactly as advertised. Also good quality flowers which lasted for approx. 10 days.

The flowers were beautiful and the recipient was very happy. The price was also reasonable for the size of the bouquet.

This company is bad, they intercepted my search and took my money and then directed the sale to another florist company which was not paid what I paid. In other words for over 100 dollars I got a basket valued at much less and full of crackers rather than what I ordered. When I spoke to the delivery florist people, very nice people and they said this is happening in the flower industry and the way to avoid this is to phone the florists directly. Small business should not be taken advantage of nor should we as customers.

Flowers were great and delivery was on time. Ordered in Calgary, delivered to Winnipeg. I would highly recommend them.

When I order flowers to be delivered during the winter months, I often have two issues. The flowers may die after one day because they were frozen, or the delivery isn't in the time range I select and the flowers are left with a neighbour. This is the first time I'm completely satisfied with a winter order. I'm reporting three days after delivery and the flowers are still blooming. The delivery person came 45 min early and phoned. Then he returned in the scheduled time.

Everything was as expected and more.the wrapping was really professional and not too much.they were right on time and the item looked exactly as the one on the website.i love ordering from canada flowers.they are the best.thanks canada flowers

I use Canada flowers often as it is easy, convenient and always delivers on time.the florist (s) they use are really good they get close to the delivery point and call to ensure there is someone home and available to accept the delivery and at first I was a bit miffed that they did this but it actually made it a bigger surprise as my wife was then very curious to what was being delivered and when the flowers showed up she was very surprised.well I guess that only works once or twice as when I order car parts or electronics and other gadgets they dont call so.it's all good and I continue to use CF.

I searched for a product, selected it, ordered it, paid for it and placed it. Then, the order was delivered on time. The recipient called me and was surprised and delighted. What more could one want from a service/product provider?
Here are two suggestions:
1. I ordered chocolate to go with the flowers. There was no description of the chocolate so you had to trust it would be suitable. Fortunately it was. In future, provide a description of the chocolate product.
2. A discount in the amount of the HST was indicated as an incentive. However, it was not realized. So, I overpaid. Please make that process easier.
Notwithstanding the above, the experience was most suitable.

Seamless delivery and beautiful flowers! I ordered a floral arrangement for a friend living in Calgary (ordered from TO). She mentioned the delivery person even waited for her to return home to give her the arrangement.

The item in the picture was different then what recipient received. Only the fact the teddy bear wasn’t white and the balloons had different images, but the recipient Loved what she received and that’s Great!

The flowers are beautiful but even the upgrade doesn’t seem that different at all, but the price is. I called customer service asking them if they could deliver my mom’s birthday flowers earlier as I made a mistake online. The person wasn’t friendly at all or helpful in fact she was quite short with me.

My first time ordering flowers from a website, especially terrific person that handled the request, so caring and delightfulful, delivery, considering the position we are all facing at this time, was very efficient and my friend was truly delighted with the fresh bouquet, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so available

Very easy ordering process. Can order flowers delivered to US and pay in CAD dollars. Ordered custom bouquet and flowers on arrival looked beautiful! As long as I can keep ordering flowers to the US I will keep being a customer. Other big flower delivery places make it really complicated or want you to go through their US site.

You said you delivered last Wed but apparently not until today, 3 days late, according to my niece. I didn't appreciate the delay. I have used Canada Flowers many many times but next time I will look to another provider.

I love that I can send flowers anywhere from home, & know that they will get where I want them to go in a day. Have been ordering from Ontario to send to Burnaby BC for about 6 months every month & the recipient has loved receiving her flowers at school. I would like to mention that I placed an order in February & found out just after placing the order that my son's girlfriend was coming home. I sent an email to ask to cancel the order & they were great. I am so pleased with the customer service, & was happy I could save the money on the order & was able to buy her flowers when she got home instead. Awesome!

I ordered in advance and they were so patient in updating me and letting me know the status of the delivery ️ I also got photos of the gift I sent and they looked fresh and bright just like in the photo! Highly recommended!

I ordered the flowers online they were being delivered for a birthday gift. When my sister called me she said they had phoned her about delivery but she was heading to work. They offered to deliver them there.which was awesome. Thank you for such great customer service, it’s always fantastic to receive flowers at work. I would highly recommend Canada Flowers.
